Srishti's PoV

Shit!

"Stand beside Lady Rebecca," she ordered rudely.

What the hell! Who does she think she is to order me?

But I did what she said anyway. It's not like I had a choice.

I stood beside Rebecca who had a blank expression.

That woman went towards the shelf and took out books. She put a few books on the table and the other back on the shelf.

From my observation, she only stacked up heavy books and then put back the lighter ones.

"We are dead," Rebecca mumbled.

"Come and take one book each," she said and we did.

"Put it on your head" she gave her next instruction.

"Every time you drop it, you will do wall sits with three books on your lap till the next person drops." Wall sits? Is she kidding? My legs will be paralysed.

"What do we do this for?" I asked. That is an insane useless thing to do, putting books on your head makes no sense.

"It will help in correcting your posture while standing and walking. I am teaching you how to walk elegantly," she said.

What?

"Excuse me," I am going to argue.

"Lady Rebecca is already familiarized with this exercise. I will be teaching it again for your sake Lady," she said. I was in disbelief.

"Any more questions, Lady?" she asked.

"Ye..." I was going to say but Rebecca pinched my hand and whispered to me to say no.

"No." I changed my answer.

I wonder why she did that.

Rebecca placed the book on her head and so did I. The book was too heavy.

"Stand still for five minutes then you will walk," she instructed.

I managed for a few seconds but then it fell.

"Wall sits," she said pointing towards the wall.

Heck!

"With the books" she added while I was moving towards the wall she pointed at.

Uhhhhh!

I went back and took three books.

I did a wall sit with three books on my thighs. She gotta be kidding me. My legs were aching.

I looked at Rebecca but she was nowhere close to dropping the book off her head.

She put another book over Rebecca's head. She stumbled and both the books fell. She did it intentionally.

"You could manage five. What's wrong Lady Rebecca? Why did the books fall?" she questioned her.

"A bug stung me on my leg, so I stumbled," She modified my lie from the morning.

"Exchange places," she ordered and we did.

She was able to do it with ease. Looks like she did it a lot before.

I put the book back on my head again, this time I lasted for a few minutes before my neck began to hurt.

I would need a neck brace if this continues any longer.

I dropped the book again.

I and Rebecca switched places.

"Lady Rebecca, start walking." Rebecca levelled up.
