I'm sorry I abused my power, 

and made a tower, 

of sadness wash over you.

I'm sorry I wasn't enough, 

I'm sorry I didn't treasure,

the times I was your favourite.

I'm sorry I was so stupid, 

to not be aware, 

of your honesty to bare, 

for my disgusting heart.

I'm sorry I didn't care for you, 

as hard as I should've, 

if I could've realised, 

the power I had over you.

I'm sorry I let you go, 

not realising that though I had no chance, 

friendship was worth more than any dance, 

in the moonlight.

I'm sorry I didn't protect you, 

I'm sorry I don't make you smile, 

I'm sorry I'm not kind,

I'm sorry you didn't find, 

truth in me.

I'm sorry I don't do what I say, 

I'm sorry for the day, 

I ran away, 

from my problems.

I'm sorry my problems, 

fell onto you, 

and through your heart.

I'm sorry my wishes infected you, 

confused you, 

made you lose yourself.

Thank god your okay, 

and no longer poisoned from my way of loving.

All I can say, 

is I'm sorry I went away.

and if I could go back to that day,
