I hear people whispering all over this bed I'm in. I open my eyes and sit up,looking at my mom who is now crying and thanking God that I'm still alive.She goes out to tell the doctor I'm awake.I wish I could tell her I've been awake for like 2 hours now.lol
Me:(groggy voice)Water please
All the quads rush to grab the water at the same time but Luba bullies them and says he's the one who will be giving me the water. I thank him.They all just stare at me while I'm drinking the water,which was quite uncomfortable by the way.
Me:What ?

He comes to hug me and the others follow lead.

They burst into laughter.Mnxm I can't believe I'll say this but I missed my brothers so much shame.The doctor barges in followed by my mom.

Me:That's me
Doc :You're finally awake after 10 days of being in a coma.
Me :(shocked)10?
Doc:(chuckling)Yes 10.There is something weird about your accident.
Me :That is?
Doc:Basically you and your Uber driver were found by a by passer.He called the emergency line and help was immediately sent.
When they got to the scene they figured the car you were in was hit by a truck or a bus judging by how big the dent on the car was.
Me :It was hit by a truck.I saw it before everything went black.
Doc:The by passer said he only saw your uber car when he got there.Meaning the truck just drove away.The uber driver was badly injured,he broke his right arm and leg.When we checked you,you were completely fine,no scratch no nothing.Yet you're the one who got into a comma while he did not.That does not even make sense right?
My mind automatically just takes me back to what that white witch said when I asked her how I got there.She was like Fate brought me there.Oh My God !someone got hurt in the process of me getting to them.How could they...they could have at least took me when I got home,without anyone getting hurt.I feel so bad for the driver.I manage to say
Me:This is all just too weird and overwhelming...I...I think I need to rest.
I say this while I turn around on my bed,making sure to face away from them.They all leave after realizing that I need space. They tell me that they will be fetching me later.I look at my wrist and get the shock of my life when I see the two bracelets.How?

She says as she engulfs me in a big hug.Ooh I thought she ditched me.

She says this as she envelopes me in a hug again

We both giggle at her silliness.Well she's not really silly as I also don't know what's going on with me.We continue talking and she leaves soon after. I immediately doze off

Me :Mina ngingu die hard...no car has the ability to take my precious life.
My family laughs at my silly jokes I've been saying since they got here like 10 minutes ago.I'm sure I probably look ridiculous in this hospital gown I'm wearing.

The room erupts into loud laughter,I'm sure other patients are complaining about the noise ngeke.The doctor walks in and everyone quiets down.

Doc:(clearing his throat)We have looked at the whole issue in all different angles,even called one of our best specialists yet we still came with the same results,nothing.We have found nothing wrong with Mr Zulu,which is quite weird because he was in a coma for 10 days.Something like this has never happened before therefore I don't have a better way to explain it.I hope what I just said made sense.
Everyone is just silent looking at him.The awkward silence could be cut by a knife.I use this silence as a moment to think about what happened while I was in a coma. These ancestors I went to were probably the cause of my coma,so they could have a way to communicate with me.When I'm home I barely have time to sleep because of work.I'm just a really busy man.
Dad:uhm thank you Doc ...I guess you can discharge him now.
Doc:Yes of course your majesty.

Dad walks to where he is and as he was about to step on that,lightning strikes near his foot.Making him walk back to where he was.Rather shocked

Nkosikayise walks towards the pit and as he was about to step on it,wind blows hard causing him to fall on his side.He then walks to where he was before.So what does this actually mean? Don't tell me that,what those old men who were in my coma said about me being king ,is actually true! Before I confuse myself even further,the most soothing voice I've ever heard in my entire existence,said in my head

Like I was waiting for that confirmation, I walk towards the pit and step on it. I immediately hear the sounds of lions roar and gasps from the villagers.Bab'Mdoni bows down and starts praising the ancestors.The sky clears and I look at my family.My dad has a proud look on his face and my mom has tears in her eyes.I look at my brothers and then spot Nkosikayise who has a smirk on his face.I was worried that he would flip seeing me being next in line,but it seems like bengizibangela nje ngekhanda. I guess I don't have much to explain in the meeting I said I wanted. I walk towards my chamber and immediately doze off, thinking about who that soothing voice might belong to.
