"Your love is blind ,blind,blind,blind,blind
Your love is...blind,blind,blind,blind,blind.
Angeke zengikhohlwe,
U-ukuthi uthando lwethu luko konke
Angeke zengiphose, empilweni yami wena uyiko konke
Ngiyazifelaaaa,ngiyazifela ngawe my baby
Ngizokuzalelaaa,sikhulise isbongo sakho my baby
Aww blind ,blind ,blind ,blind,blind
Your love is...blind ,blind, blind, blind, blind....

I sing my lungs out ,as I drive,to Azana's song called Your Love. There's just that pull about the part that goes like " ngizokuzalelaaa ,sikhulise isbongo sakho my baby." ,and it made me think of Nkosinaye in so many ways.Is it crazy to say that I miss his typical rude,Zulu self? His snark retorts and silly chuckles whenever I say something. His eyes that are as beautiful as watching the sunset. His enticing smile that just radia...Okay! Woah! I sound like an in love woman, geez.

Before I even further entertain the unentertainable if that's a word,I park the car.I'm meeting up with Lazola.Around about last week, I decided to put his business card to use and actually call him, wanting to know more about what he meant the day he dropped Hlelo and I off.He said he would talk to me in person and here we are today.I head inside and I see him sitting on one of the far end tables of this fancy restaurant,I'm definitely not buying anything here...ngabe ndizidlela indlala never kaloku.Ibukeka iduru yona shame and I'm not about to waste my savings for it. I won't lie,it hurts not being able to buy things because of money issues, especially after having financial freedom all your life.

I walk towards him and he sees me approaching. He opens my chair,I sit down and he takes his own seat opposite me.
Lazola:Ndlovukazi
He says as he bows his head a bit.Side eye, why?
Me:Uhm don't be weird
He chuckles
Lazola:I'm in the presence of royalty, aren't I supposed to bow or something kanti?
I laugh a bit.
Me:Yehake.So...?
I say as I indicate that he should start speaking
Lazola:Haste is not a good look for a future Queen, ungxamelephi?
I roll my eyes
Me:Ehh bhutiza suqala.Just speak and stop wasting my time.I only have about two hours until I have to fetch my daughter from school.
Just then a waiter makes its way to us carrying two menus.
Waiter:Good Afternoon sir,ma'am.
He says while putting the menus down.
Me:Afternoon
Lazola:Hello
Waiter:You can scan through these,so I can take your orders.
He says as he takes out an IPad and an Apple Pencil.Okay...now what the flip? Ziyephi iinote pads or ndiyashiyeka mna ndodwa?

Me:Uhm,lemon water will be just fine thanks.
As the waiter was about to write my order down,Lazola disrupts him by saying...
Lazola:Please excuse us for a bit Mr.We'll be sure to indicate when we're ready to order.
Waiter:Of course.
With that he walks away.Lazola turns to me with a scowl on his face.
Me:What?
Lazola:You came all the way here just to order something you can easily make at home? Lemon water, really Ndlovukazi ?
Me:Yes.It's not like I'll be here for long.I also can't be fine dining but my friend and daughter won't get to eat such.
Lazola:Leave the costs to me.
Me:Mhmmm if you say so.
Lazola:So much for trying to be a gentleman, you actually thought I'd let you pay ?
Me:(sarcastically)Well yes.You let me load Hlelo and I's luggage in the boot while you were just sitting in the car, so excuse me for not knowing that you could be a gentleman.
Lazola:I'll address the issue once we are done feeding ourselves.

Lazola says in response and then calls the waiter again.
Waiter:Are we ready to try again?
Lazola:Yes,definitely.
Lazola says the name of a dish we are going to be feasting on.He also orders some side dishes.
Waiter:And the drinks?
Me:Lemon water please.
Lazola:She'll have the mixed berry fruit mock-tail and I'll have Savanna dry with ice, please.
Waiter:Coming right up,give it like 10 to 15 minutes.
He walks off ,leaving me with Lazola who looks deep in thought.
Lazola:Please give me your hand.
I do so though I do not know why.He holds my hand and about two minutes later his pupils start diluting and his breathing pattern starts changing. He clenches his jaw and squeezes my hand, making me feel slight pain and discomfort
Me:Lazola...
He just groans as if he is in pain and then starts speaking in an unrecognizable voice...
Lazola:He was about to clear up.His great ancestors,uBab'Mahlandonyuka and the Great Bangisizwe were trying to connect with him. They won't succeed now though, because you still haven't found yourself just yet. They shall take him out of the dark cave that he has been stuck in for the past 2 month and a few days once you have been instilled with much more strength than just spiritual strength. For now,he is still a puppet and shall agree to everything Esihle says.
