Chapter 17: The Treatment

Jin do not like how Jungkook actually treats him after that incident. He is not sure what actually happened to the man, but he tries his best to avoid Jin everyday after. Even when Jin walks with them to the farm, Jungkook will not talk to him but instead focuses on Yoongi.

Yoongi, as the innocent child, did not notice anything as they are both paying attention to him. After few days, Jin decided that he will stop bothering Jungkook for now, considering that the man is also going through a lot and it must be something he cannot help him resolve. Still, he hates the fact that he does not talk no matter how many times he tries to approach him.

He decided to just focus on the his purpose why he is there and just ignore the man's attitude for now. He thought that they can talk some other time, so he stopped joining them in the farm as the tried to find solution in getting back the company. He was able to talk to some people weeks before and that must have been the reason why Mingyu was calling him. The stupid man must have found out his plan and was planning to stop him or to re-marry him, but that is no longer happening. He already has the ace for it and he will never let the man win again. It's not that love can change overnight, but his heart must have changed even when they were still together. The mistreatment, even not verbally or physically, made him feel lot less for the man. So when he filed for divorce, he did not disagree anymore. He also wanted it since he does not feel like being into a relationship anymore, especially when he caught him having sex with someone else on their own bed. That was the last string for Jin.

When Mingyu called last time, Jin immediately called his contact and Jimin to tell him and Namjoon about Mingyu's actions. Namjoon still has his position and due to the contract, it's hard for Mingyu to remove him. They are using it as an advantage to get more intel about Mingyu's actions.

"Ah! This is driving me crazy! He is selling the company! That bullshit!" Jin said as he reviews the latest files that was sent by Namjoon.

He is supposed to stay in the Busan for a month but with the current situation, it seems like he needs to get back in Seoul as soon as possible, however, he needs a week more to clarify things with Jungkook and possibly build something with them. He knows that he cannot approach the man right now but he plans on doing so in a few days, maybe during the weekends off of the man. It will also be hard to leave Yoongi, considering that he already fell in love with the boy. However, he wants to set an expectation to them that he will be back and he just needs to fix the problem he has in Seoul.

He planned a good dinner tonight, since tomorrow's Jungkook's day off. He remembered Hobi and Taehyung saying they won't have a night out this week because it was Taehyung's dad birthday and so they will have dinner outside. He thought that he will make the man talk, by crook or by hook, that is why he prepared a dinner for the three of them and probably a good wine for him and Jungkook.

When Jungkook and Yoongi arrived, he approached them happily.

"Yoongichi! How's my little man?" He said right away, hugging the little boy.

"I am fine, Jinnie! I have missed you a lot today! Daddy and I took a lot of strawberries and I brought you some." He said showing a small box with good sets of strawberries.

Jin smiled at him and kissed the boy. "Thank you! You are the sweetest." He said. He then turned his attention to Jungkook. "I made some dinner."

Jungkook nodded at him. "Can I ask you a favor to take care of Yoongi tonight?"

Jin's eyes furrowed, he is sure that Hobi and Taehyung won't be here, so why is he asking this. He thought that the man has another plans. "Sure. Do you plan to go somewhere?"

"Y-yeah." Jungkook said nervously. "J-Jennie's father asked me for dinner. I wanted to bring Yoongi but he does not want to go." Jungkook said.

Jin gulped by what he heard. Why would Jungkook needs to be there?
