Jin miscalculated the days he had to stay in Seoul. He did not know that there are a lot of things he still needs to work on adter his divorce from Mingyu. Even selling of his old place with Mingyu is not that easy.

"I am not selling it." Mingyu said to him when they met up.

"Then give me my share. I bought it for us!" He said.

It's not that he needs the money. He just don't want to give Mingyu what he wanted.

"Is that how you are now? Your mind is just thinking about money. Are you getting poor or is your boy needing you to give him money?" Mingyu said triggering Jin a lot.

Jin stood up from his seat with what he heard.

"I will not let you talk about my family like that again. First of all, he is not a boy. He is more of a man than you. Second, he is not poor. He is way richer than you. He has a good farm to manage and you have nothing.

If you won't like the house to be sold, I will see you in court. I still have the best lawyer in town and you can't afford to lose the house. If I will make my lawyer work, you know how this would end.

You and your whore can't prove anything to me. You chose the life that you wanted when you could have had the life that you needed." Jin said then left.

Mingyu gritted his teeth then slammed his hand over the table angrily.

He wanted to just settle everything in Seoul and wanted to make sure that Mingyu won't get anything more from him aside from the properties they have earned while married. He can fight for more since most of it were from his own money, but that means it would take more time for him to get back to Busan and settle down. Threatening Mingyu will do the trick better. It's been 3 weeks and he is longing to hug his family in Busan again and he is taking the shortest way possible right now.

When he got back in his office, Namjoon welcomed him with a lot of papers. He frowned upon seeing at least 5 folders that he needs to review and sign.

"How was your meeting with Mingyu?" Namjoon asked.

"The bastard is still stupid." Jin said.

Namjoon laughed at what he said. "I can't believe you were head over heels with that man one time and now you call him with all the curses you can use."

Jin suddenly had a headache with what Namjoon said. "I know. What went through my mind that time?" He asked himself.

Namjoon just shrugged. "Well, bad decisions but all in the past. It's just funny how different it is now from last time. Anyway, these were sent by Atty. Kang earlier." He said, handling him the folders. "He'll be here tomorrow to finalize your contract, too. Also, we already have buyers for your apartment who are intending on visiting the place as soon as you leave."

"Argh! I still have few boxes left. They will be sent to Busan on the weekend." Jin said.

"Okay. I will schedule their ocular visits next week then."

Jin just nodded.

"I will just leave and work on other things then." Namjoon said.

"Joonie..." Jin said looking at his cousin's retreating back.

"Hm?" Namjoon asked, turning again to look at Seokjin.

"I know that you have never wanted all of these, even the responsibilities, but I am glad I have you. You deserve all of these. I talked to Jimin and I know how stressed you both are already, even about how you will manage the company in the future." Jin said.

Namjoon smiled at him.

"We've already talked about this and I think me and Jimin will figure it out, eventually. Uncle was able to do it flawlessly." Namjoon said.
