I watched as Maleficent played with the still people and took the wand.

She joked about Fairy Godmothers nose hairs.

"Where should we start? Oh, I know. Why don't we start by getting rid of this?" Maleficent flicked the wand and Ben's ring flew off Mal's finger and landed perfectly on the wand.

Let the clock reverse

Maleficent reached where Ben and I were, tilting Ben's crown. "Falling in love is weak and ridiculous." she pushed on my face, turning it. "Mattheo, what would your mother say," Maleficent tisked.

take back what once was mine.

"She not here to say anything to me." Matt told her with disgust in his tone.

"Forget you, boy. Love is not what you want," Maleficent told Mal.

"You don't know what i want!" Mal started to cry.

"Mom, have you ever once asked me what I want?" Mal's voice was shaken and hurt.

"I am not you!" Mal shouted.

I felt the spell break on me, my hair glowing in its updo.

"Obviously, I've had years and years and years and years of practice being evil. You'll get there." Maleficent told Mal.

"No. I will not. And i really wish that you had never gotten there yourself. Love is not weak or ridiculous. It's actually really amazing."

"I know one thing, young lady, You have no room for love in your life!"

"It's a shame you aren't more aware of your surroundings and the people with power," i snatched the wand from her hand. "Nice try though," I handed the wand to Mal, trusting her with it more than myself.

"Frankly, this is tedious and very immature." Maleficent started to pace. "Give me the wand. Give me the wand!"

"Mal, this is corny, but good really is more powerful than evil," I set a hand on her shoulder.

"Oh, please! You're killing me," Maleficent said before Dude barked, growled, and jumped on top of her.

Jay tried to snatch Maleficent's staff, but was...unsuccessful to say the least.

"Enough!" Maleficent shouted. "You all will regret this!" she spun and the green fog was back, she had begun to form into a dragon.

We dodged her fire breath as she shot it at us, while she was distracted with Jay, i undid my hair, rushing to the stage where Ben, his parents, and Fairy Godmother stood. They were all running from Mal's mother. Evie used her mirror to blind the Maleficent-dragon.

"Leave my friends alone!" Mal shouted and the dragon roared. "This is between you and me, Mother." She stood in front of her friends.

I brought Fairy Godmother's hand upward to wrap my hair around it. I began to sing, only semi focused on what Mal was doing.

"The strength of evil is good as none, when stands before five hearts as one."

"Flower gleam and glow," i hurriedly sang.

as i finished the song, Maleficent shrunk and her spell broke on Fairy Godmother. So essentially, i was useless. Great.

"Did you do it?" Evie asked.

"I dont know," Mal responded.

"No, no, no, no. Your mother did. She shrank to the size of the love in her heart."

"Dang, she's itty-bitty." I joined them, looking down at the purple lizard.

"Is she going to be like this forever?" Mal asked.

"Well, forever is a long time. You learned to love. So can she." Fairy Godmotber crouched down with Mal.

"I believe this belongs to you." Mal handed the wand to Godmother.

"And i believe this belongs to you," Fairy Godmother handed Mal Ben's ring.

"Hey why don't you have any royal jewelry i can wear and we can make a big deal out of," Matt lightly nudged me with his arm.

"We could take my brother's ring," i shrugged, "I don't really care about that thing though,"

"You all have earned yourselves an A in Goodness class." Godmother told the group.

"and say an A plus is deserved," i suggested.

Fairy Godmother broke the spell on everyone else and they proceeded with the actions they were going to make when the spell was cast. Meaning Ben charged forward like Maleficent was still big, bad and scary.

"Okay, okay, we kind of got this all wrapped up here," Mal stopped him.

Ben picked Mal up and spun her around in a hug.

"They're adorable," i leaned my head against Matt's shoulder.

"We can be adorable," he suggested. In one quick movement he picked me up and spun me like Ben had Mal.

"Okay, okay," i laughed.

"Next time I rescue you, okay?" Ben told Mal.

"Yeah. Let's not let there be a next time, okay?" Mal restated. Mal and Ben hugged again, before Mal walked off towards Jane and Fairy Godmother. One was scolding the other, i'll let you guess who's who.

"You were great, you got to teach me that hair trick," Matt joked.

"I guess I could try, don't know how far we're getting with it though," I smiled at him.

"Hey! Careful! That's my mom," Mal rejoined us as they covered lizard-Maleficent.

"Let's get this party started!" Jay shouted and started to sing . "OhayOhay-Hay!"

"Jay loving the enthusiasm, wait till the music is actually playing please," I teased.

Fire works blasted into the sky as music blasted from speakers. Everyone was dancing. Strobe lights matched the fireworks.

*once again refuse to write the songs sorry.*

Mal and Ben danced the center of everyone. Evie seemed happy dancing with Doug. Carlos and Jay  got Jane to get up and dance. Jay letting the two go off, started to dance with Audrey of all people. Chad was surprisingly dancing with Lonnie. And of course, Matt and I were next to each other the whole night.

We stood next to Mal and Ben on the balcony, cheering and screaming over it.
