"How'd last night go?" Wooyoung mumbled, still feeling bad for attacking Hongjoong the way he and San did.

"He's alright. I think he's very on edge and doesn't want to admit how stressed out he is." Seonghwa sighed, slowly moving left and right in his desk chair.

"Who knew a clone could have so many emotions?"

"And that's why he's worth a billion."

"San and I talked more about it last night with Hyunjin and Felix."

"And?"

"New theory."

"You guys need to settle on one before spewing a bunch of shit, just saying." Seonghwa smiled, wanting to seem lighthearted, but he was completely serious. "I never want a repeat of last night ever again. You may be the leader, therefore you have my respect in that regard, but you can't just shoot at him. We don't know what'll happen to him. What if he doesn't heal? What if he's like a doll and he's stuck with an injury permanently?"

"Oh, true."

"I felt like that was common sense but apparently not."

"I think we forget he's a clone, that's why. He's so human-like that it's not even on my radar."

"Well, it should be because that's the whole point of what we're doing. But tell me your new theory."

"The guy that came to Hyunjin and Felix's apartment isn't a part of Serpent Corps. They're both pretty positive. He also sold Jungkook and Taehyung out from the start, but none of us seemed to realize."

Seonghwa called the lobby intercom, wanting to hear every single detail from the secretary himself. "Hyunjin, come up here."

"He was already on his way." Yeosang answered.

"I have a job for you too."

"Really?"

"Take Winter out on a date and see how much you can find out. We're trying to figure out why Yeji showed up to the mansion site."

"You think she'll say yes?"

"Just do it." Seonghwa hung up, not wanting his time to be wasted with stupid questions. "That kid, I swear."

Hyunjin walked into the office and took a seat next to Wooyoung. He felt just as guilty for believing that Hongjoong was a threat. With the earful he got after last night, he figured he was in trouble.

"We need to go to Cyber Industries." Wooyoung said, now devising a plan. "They don't know we know about Jungkook and Taehyung. The rest is up for debate, including Yoongi."

"How can we figure it out?" Hyunjin asked.

"I literally just told you how, dumbass. We go to Cyber Industries."

"Yeah, I got that part." He rolled his eyes. "But what then? We can't just ask."

"We can absolutely ask since Jin is a snitch."

"Cookie man." Hyunjin smiled, now excited for the plan.

"We're going this time."

"Should we bring Yeji?"

Seonghwa looked at Wooyoung, knowing he'd grown skeptical of his best friend's sister.

"No, just us."

"Go now." Seonghwa suggested. "I want this over with."

"Someone's snappy today." Hyunjin sassed playfully.

"Forgive me for not being in the best spirits since San shot at my husband last night based off speculation." The CEO cutely smiled, slightly scaring the best friend duo. "Go." His face dropped, making the two rush out the door.
