Sohan AzurePouring the glasses of wine for both Aurora and myself, she snatches the bottle out of my hand across from me, leaning forward, revealing her chest slightly more than she might have intended.
That was my trail of thought until my eyes met her lips, as she reseated herself avoiding eye contact a subtle but noticeable smirk flashed for just a moment across those tempting poisonous lips of hers.
Oh. This is your way of getting back at me? Alright then, I'll play your game.
"Never had the chance to learn manners?"
I question seating myself opposite her.
"Sorry about that. I just..."
Slightly leaning forward once again, she smirks more proudly than before.
"...forget myself with you sometimes."
A minor chuckle rolled off of my lips as I drink the rest of my wine maintaining eye contact with her through every movement. Her eyelids flicker once before returning to the challenging attitude that masked her face beforehand.
She's shit at this. It's quite amusing watching her try.
"Well, looks like I'm due another glass."
"I'm sure I could drink you under the table"
I raise an eyebrow in surprise, she's only had half a glass yet her eyes had already become glassy, her cheeks glowed red and her demeanor had become noticeably more relaxed than before.
"I beg to differ. Plus, I only have two glasses. I'm not much of a wine fan myself"
Squinting her eyes toward me, she downed her glass in front of me. Swallowing the last gulp and and struggling to keep a straight face I smile, she's like a tormented teenager trying to prove her worth.
"See? Easy."
"Yup, you're definitely a trooper. Congratulations"
Obviously picking up on my sarcasm she doesn't hesitate to roll her eyes. My fingers trailing the glass of wine in front of me, I glance upto her questionable expression. Something was nagging at her and yet she was hesitant to ask.
I pinch the base of my nose while taking in as much oxygen as my lungs would allow before speaking.
"Instead of glaring at me with such contempt. Just ask the question Blackwood."
My words noticeably caught her off guard. Her eyes strayed to the bottle of wine, grabbing it she gulps down a few mouthfuls before asking.
Pointing the bottle in my direction, she squints once again.
"Who decorated my suite?"
"I did."
Her face contorted into pure horror, she must be impressed by the decor. Good thing I turned to Christian. Maybe he isn't as useless as I had thoug-
"So you WERE the one who put those toys in there?!"
I choke on my drink. Attempting to catch my breath, I'm astounded by the accusation that was just hurled in my direction.
"You're an absolute pervert!"
"Woah! Hold on a second. I didn't put those in there."
"But you just openly admitted you're the one who designed the room!"
Pushing her accusating finger away from my face in repulse I elaborate further.
"I chose the decor but I let Christian chose what was needed and he invited her personal designers with him, and for your information. I told him I was against the idea."
