Sohan AzureObserving her from a distance was always so interesting. How she would remain calm under such large amounts of pressure, no matter who or what was pointing the stress toward her.
Years I had paid slim to no attention to her existence due to her inability to express such emotion on her face. Knowing the amount of intimidation I hold over large crowds of people always kept them in line but forever bored me, however. She showed her first subtle hints of frustration toward me in our recent meetings over the years as our businesses began to collide, that's when work became intriguing. She became intriguing.
I made it my sole purpose to test her every time we crossed paths. Things changed so suddenly when this proposal arrangement was forced upon us.
She's cruel, calculated, smart but very sly about her next ordeal. From afar you'd be double taking at the sharp ice blue beaming through siren like eyes. Up close is a whole different story, just like that night next to the balcony, where she danced within my grasp until her legs gave out. Her eyes flow with a soft aqua blue, revealing each and every single emotion that's hidden behind that cold facade she placates so well.
Watching her grow flustered under my pressure has got to be one of the most satisfying things I had ever experienced. Avoiding my line of sight all the while her fingers twindle with the fork between the mounts of fruits she is yet to devour.
Her chest raising and falling at a much faster pace than before while the reality of the situation settles within. I'm glad she hasn't caught onto what I was doing outside of her door.
The shower I had after such sinful desires swallowed me whole from her very sound was incredible. A disgusting grin glued itself to my lips as I lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling. Replaying the entire scene in my mind until the sharp winter sun gleamed through my windows.
Just seating myself next to her, letting her scent become my wake up call for yet another day. Cherries. Sweet, sweet cherries filled my penthouse that was once was a hell hole. Now becoming a fun house, I've found something more entertaining than my own solitude.
I'm enjoying every squirm, every flutter of her eyelids, every single breath that leaves her mouth. The way it hitches when coming into contact with me.
My grin becoming uncontainable, I sip more of my coffee while letting her have some space to breath. Eliza turns herself toward me, she notices my grinning whilst flicking her eyes between us.
The air is thick, tension suffocating the both of us. Her eyes squint, placing a hand on her hip and pointing her wooden spoon between the both of us like we're under interigation.
"Whats going on with the both of you?"
I raise an eyebrow, sideyeing Aurora as she glances at me. Obviously expecting me to help her get out of this situation. I shrug my shoulders and smile innocently.
"Us? Go on Aurora. Tell her exactly what happened."
Her hand pauses, her eyes dilate to pins of hatred before the lies begin to fly from those poisonous lips of hers.
"W-We have had a little dispute over work is all. Things got tense."
"So tense..."
My lips parting, revealing a devious smile whilst reiterating just how 'tense' our apparent disagreement was. Teasing her slightly more, I notice her knuckles grow white around the utensil within her grip.
A light chuckle left my mouth before continuing."Eliza, I'd prefer if tonight we didn't eat in. I'm taking Aurora out to one of my families restaurants. So don't wait around. You can have the rest of the day off."
