Alexis watched the same car that drove Mrs Gloria and her mum to the airport drive into the gate. She closed the windows immediately and ran down stairs to see them. They parked in Mrs Gloria's compound which was just beside theirs.

"Mum!" She ran towards her giving her a hug. Her mum gave her a big blue shopping bag.

"Awwwww! Thanks mummy!" She squeaked.

"Good day antie Gloria" she greeted her with a hug while Raymond was chit chatting with Mrs Vee.

"Hope you guys didn't disturb the neighborhood too much?" Mrs Gloria asked them earning a chuckle from Alexis, Raymond looked at her with a funny face while the two burst into feets of laughter. Their laughter was quite contagious and the two mothers couldn't help but join.

"You too are so silly!" Mrs Vee chuckled.

"Come on in guys! We've got some goodies. And some eatables too!" Mrs Gloria added and they all walked inside while the security carried the bags inside.... He smiled at how the two families loved themselves.

It was resumption day already and the whole family of Gloria Anosike were busy. Mrs Gloria had an important appointment to attend to while Nathan and Raymond prepared for school.

Nathan walked into Raymond's room which was slightly open wearing a grin on his face.

"Xup bro!" He hollered.

"I'm good. Almost done preparing tho." He replied while spraying his Hugo boss perfume. Nathan sneezed and glared at Raymond.

"Why don't you just empty the whole perfume instead" sarcasm dripping through his voice.

"Wareva" Raymond said with a smirk.

"It's almost 7:15! We need to get to school before 7:30! I can't afford Cecilia thinking I'm a late comer. I've got to impress her this term y'know" he said with a wink.

"See this small boy ooo!" Raymond said while laughing.

"I'm in SS1 already so tsk! I'm no small boy bro" he said brushing imaginary dust from his shoulder.

"You're still my kid bro nigga!"

"Enough of that bullshit... Carry your lazy ass and let's get going!" Nathan yelled and walked out of the room.

Raymond looked at his full length mirror and smirked!

"Look who's added some inches" he said to himself with a grin.

"Raymond! Let me not meet you in that room after the count of five" his mum said with a note of finality. It was quite evident from her tone that she was running late already.

"Raaaaymond!" She screamed from downstairs....

"Mum chillax okay? I'm right behind you babe" he said with a wink and she rolled her eyes.

"I've got no time for your display of childishness this morning so hop into the car and let's go unless you'll go with public transport" she threatened.

"Alright fine!" He raised his arm in surrender while getting into the passenger side of the vehicle. Mrs Gloria glared at Raymond and he groaned in frustration before opening the car door and taking a seat right beside her. She hated sitting alone in front of the car cause according to her she felt like their driver and it was annoying.

"Where's our cute neighbor? Has she left for school already cos last time I checked she's the queen of late comers" Nathan stated the obvious and they all chuckled.
