2 months later during winter break, Ruby had that plan to go to the ice cream parlor with Meridian since winter season had started already. "What would you want at the ice cream parlor?" Asked Meridian to Ruby and she would like a chocolate bomb flavor with white-colored sprinkles.
Ice Cream Parlor
When the girls arrived at the parlor, the line was interested but Ruby wasn't recognizing someone from her high school. Ruby wasn't scared to go ask for the chocolate bomb to the ice cream man. After the people had ordered, Ruby came up to the ice cream man and she said that she would like to buy a chocolate bomb with white colored sprinkles. He gave her $10 and he moved from the line as Cassandra came up next to buy a sundae with red syrup and the ice cream would be white, Ruby almost saw her hair while she is ordering her sundae. Cassandra had took the order and Ruby had a plan to ambush her as she took a brick out of her bag and Ruby rushed forward outside and calls out Cassandra's name as she strikes her face with the brick. Cassandra had screamed and when she gets up, her face was filled with blood when the entire crowd saw her wailing. Meridian saw that bloody face on Cassandra and Ruby was trembling after she hit her.
At evening
Meanwhile when the ice cream man is waiting for Ruby to get the chocolate bomb, Ruby finally ate the chocolate bomb and Meridian had stolen Cassandra's sundae when the crowd is still watching Cassandra, when Georgia had covered her face with tissue while a paramedic talks with her. Ruby sat down and trembled on the chairs alone when she got upset.
