Childe's ears perked up at the mention of Dottore's name, a flicker of worry crossing his tired face. The Second of the Fatui Harbingers with his infamous methods was not someone he particularly wanted around.

He tried to sit up, to protest, but his body was too weak. All he could manage was a muttered protest. "No... not Dottore.. please..."

You walked over to Childe, "I promise he won't do anything to hurt you. He will listen to me."

Childe gritted his teeth as you spoke, his dislike for Dottore clear. Despite your promise, he was still wary of the man's methods. But he was in no condition to argue.

"If you say so.." He muttered quietly. "I trust you.. just please don't let him do anything... strange..."

"I'm going to stay with you the whole entire time I promise."

Childe nodded, a look of relief on his face at your words. The thought of Dottore being around made him uncomfortable, but knowing you would stay with him made him feel a bit better. He relaxed back on the bed, wincing slightly as the nurse continued to bandaged up his wounds.

You immediately ran out of the infirmary, rushing to Dottores office, barging in without bothering to knock.

"I need your help. I'll repay you in someway." You said looking straight at Dottore.

Dottore looked up from his workbench, a small smirk crossing his face at your sudden entry. His eyes glittered as they landed on you, a hint of curiosity in them. He was about to tease you like always but he saw you looked scared and worried, he replied. "What happened?"

"Tartaglia.. he lost too much blood. Look I don't know what to do and a nurse said to get you but please just don't do anything bad and actually help him. I'll pay you back in someway."

Dottore's smirk faded as you explained the situation, replaced by a more professional look. He could sense the seriousness of the situation and the worry in your voice. He got up from his workbench and nodded at you, "I'll help. But.." he began, his tone slightly sinister, "you have to promise me something in return."

"What is it?"

Dottore shrugged nonchalantly, his smirk returning but laced with a hint of sinister intent. "I have a potion that can help heal him. But..." He paused, studying your face for a moment. "It's experimental and untested. The side effects are unknown. Are you willing to take the chance or would you rather let your friend bleed to death?"

You sigh, looking even more worried. You internally apologise to him but reluctantly agree, "Just give him it."

Dottore chuckled, his smirk growing wider at your agreement. He strode over to a nearby shelf, retrieving a small vial filled with a blue liquid.
