"Your awake!" Ajax yelled in happiness, his hand gripping onto yours even tighter.
This was Ajax's first time smiling since you had gone into the coma, the past few days he had been at his lowest. Missing you would be an understatement in his eyes, he had been desperate for your company since the moment you went into the coma-like state.
He missed your voice, the way you would say his name. No matter the day he could've had, your voice alone brightened it up.
He missed your touch, the way your hands would dance around different areas of his body which he was oh so vulnerable to.
Your lips were the one thing he missed the most, the way your lips would press against his were enough to make him melt.
He missed everything about you.
"Fuck.." You mumbled, your whole entire body felt weak and exhausted. Most likely from not moving a single muscle for the past 12 days.
Your muscles ached despite not doing any type of work out recently yet you fought the pain and powered through it.
He laughed, "You've just been in a coma for the past almost 2 weeks and that's all you have to say for yourself?"
Little did you know, that was his first time laughing for the past 12 days.
You weakly laughed, "Sorry Childe."
Your voice was slightly raspier than usual from your muscles used to speak being unused in the real world for a while.
"Are you in pain or anything? Does anything hurt?" He asked, he was still excited about you being awake and looking healthy yet worried about you at the same time.
"No, I feel completely fine. I'm healthy don't worry." You nodded your head, flashing him a small comforting smile which put his mind to ease.
Your smile faded as your mind wandered back to what happened prior waking up. Your confusing encounter with the ruler of death kept circling around your mind as you wondered what to do.
"Are you okay though? You look fairly troubled by something." He asked, looking into your eyes with worry.
You stayed silent and just nodded, sitting up and pulling your knees up to your chest. You didn't know what to do yourself.
You never really thought too much about having children never mind being in a relationship, of course it crossed your mind yet very rarely. You didn't mention anything about it to Ajax though, you didn't want him to feel freaked out by everything that had happened.
