It was the next day now, Childe was to be meeting with Lumine and Zhongli today. Childe would probably tell you if anything important happened anyway. Since you had a few hours to yourself, you didn't really know what to do.
Yeah you had work to do and all but you were too lazy to actually do that, and you didn't really want to do that. Childe had left around half an hour ago and you were just laid in bed, staring at the ceiling.
Maybe you could go out the in the Harbour..? Yet that sounded boring because you'd be alone. For some reason you found yourself actually missing Childe's company, and you were kind of wishing you would've came along with him, yet the traveler wouldn't be too thrilled to see you and would completely lose trust in Childe.
You shuffled around in the bed, it was around 11:30am at the moment and you just bored.
You couldn't avoid work forever, you knew that. And you also knew you have to eventually get out of bed at some point today, but it just felt so lonely being without Childe.
You kinda missed Snezhnaya, you missed your own bed, the snow, everything about it.
You rolled onto your side, yawning. Maybe I'll just go back to sleep..

You sat up, walking into the bathroom and getting ready. You decided that you were going to go to Northland Bank instead of bed-rotting all day.
Once you were ready you left the hotel room, locking the door behind you and walking to the bank.
You just couldn't get Childe off your mind though, the fact that work is so much funner when he is around, even though he can get really annoying at times, you kind of liked it when he was annoying you.
You walked into the bank, waving tiredly at Ekaterina then walking into the Harbinger office.
You sat down, pulling some paperwork out of the drawers. You began to read through it all and signed a few of the papers.
After around half an hour you stopped, resting your head on the desk.
Childe was still on your mind, you just couldn't stop connecting your thoughts to him even when he was completely irrelevant in them.
"Why can't I get you off my mind.."
You just wanted to be around him, to spend time with him. You didn't know why, or understand why.
