"Lloyd?" [Y/n] had to admit he hardly expected to find the young Garmadon at his door.

"I.. c-can't sleep.. can sleep with you?" The boy admitted as he avoided making eye contact with the larger male.

"Ok..? Why'd you come to me?" Lloyd looked up with a flustered face under his hood while [Y/n] looked back suspicious.

"T-The others will make fun of me.."

"But what about your uncle?" [Y/n] poked further to get a reason.

"I.. I don't want uncle to think I'm scared." Lloyd answered back but this merely left [Y/n] with a raised brow.

"And it's fine if I think you're weak?" He teased only further making Lloyd twiddle his thumbs.

"I-I.. thought we were friends.." He mumbled out making [Y/n] heart squeeze from the innocence in his voice.

"Relax kid." [Y/n] pat the boy's head earning a glance from the blonde.

"It's fine, come on in." [Y/n] stepped to the side allowing Lloyd to step in to the dark room and quickly run to the bed earning the intrigue of the magenta ninja and a possible answer to the problem. He closed the door and joined Lloyd who was already making himself comfortable under his covers.

"It.. wouldn't possibly be that the son of the dark lord is, scared of the dark?" [Y/n] pondered aloud earning a wide-eyed look from the kid.

"N-No! I just... prefer not being alone in the.. dark.." Lloyd murmured as he pulled the cover closer, unnerved by the shadows.

[Y/n] sighed and finally sat, sliding under the covers beside him. "It's fine, everyone has their own fears."

"Do you?" Lloyd asked, surprised by the male's words.

"Well, no. But my point stands." [Y/n] shrugged, not noticing how Lloyd stared at him.

"Are you afraid to show you're face?" Lloyd continued poking him with questions.

"I- what? No, of course not."

"Then why don't you take your mask off? Do you sleep with it on?" Lloyd continued his pestering making [Y/n] stare with slight amount irritation.

"I.. No I don't sleep with it on Lloyd, I simply choose not to show my face." He rebbuted, shifting in his place to ease his irritation.

"Can I see?" Lloyd sat up and looked up at the male.

"What?"

"Can I see your face?" Lloyd repeated but still left [Y/n] just as baffled.

"I.. why? What's so important?" [Y/n] snapped slightly making Lloyd flinch.

"I just wanted to see.. sorry.." He looked down with a face of guilt.

'Way to go [Y/n]...' [Y/n] rubbed the back of his neck in discomfort from the awkward silence he'd caused, plus the fact he just semi-shouted at a child.

He'd never really done this, Wu was the only one to see his face.

But then again he was just a curious kid.

"Ok.. fine." He sighed.

Lloyd looked up to meet the male's eyes now hidden by the half pulled mask, the fabric pulled upward and gently gliding up his skin.
