It was needless to say that this isn't exactly where [Y/n] thought his fate would end up putting him.
Between awakening to Lloyd cuddled up to his side and hogging his bed to being Lloyd's assigned helper for his little schemes in today's lesson, courtesy of Wu. But despite the way things had turned out, [Y/n] had to admit he didn't hate it and there was something weirdly sweet in the way Lloyd giggled after ruining Cole's perfect soup or sabotaging Jay's training bot. In addition, it was also quite fun for [Y/n] to enjoy the role of playing the menace, for once he got to be the one causing problems instead of solving them. Lloyd's company was certainly a gift, albeit a somewhat chaotic one.
"KAI!!" The pair giggled together as they slipped away from a irate Zane after delivering the unfortunate news of the laundry mix up.
"O-Ok.. quickly, to the common room." [Y/n] did his best to talk through his laughs.
The partners in crime hastily made their way to said room and hid back in the laundry room adjacent to it, closing the sliding door behind them before pandemonium could commence.
"You couldn't just be happy with the top score, you had to rub it in my face!" Kai blurted out in outrage.
"You know how long it took me to make that? Three days. Three! days!!" Cole shouted clearly accusing someone else.
"It's an unspoken law ok, you don't touch another man's robot!" Jay fussed while the pair did their best not to ruin the surprise by laughing too loud.
"How am I meant to strike fear in this, it's pink!!" Zane screamed out while holding up his previously white Gi which was now a flashing hot pink meanwhile both culprits practically doubled over in pain from holding in their violent laughter.
As Wu walked in the four had falling into madness all arguing against one another and shout at eachother just as Wu had expected them too, not even noticing the man as he walked past and unveiled the the pair of troublemakers, Lloyd announcing his presence with his signature villainous cackle while [Y/n] finally let the dam burst and broke out in a giggle fit.
"YOU DID THIS!??" They all gasped.
"Boys. I get first dibs on-" [Y/n] jumped to action as Cole stepped forward towards Lloyd, quickly landing a strong squeeze on the earth ninja's shoulder holding him in place.
"Not a chance." He somewhat seriously warned as he was still coming down from his hysterics.
"No dibs!" Wu scolded.
"I put both of them up to this for todays lesson. I wanted to show you the destructive power of rumors and that jumping to conclusions can only lead to trouble!" Wu scolded as he walked over and took Lloyd and [Y/n]'s side.
"Did you ever think to find out if these accusations were true?" He countered their outrage.
"Uh, no offense Sensei but let me jump to this conclusion, today's lesson is lame." Cole spoke up.
"Yeah, why can't you teach us to paralyse your enemy with one finger? Or find out if a man is lying with the twitch of his nose?" Jay babbled on.
"Because not all lessons are about fighting! And.. I misplaced my lesson book." Wu scolded and then hesitantly admitted while [Y/n] perk up.
"Oh, that reminds me. Lloyd." [Y/n] spoke up scoldingly.
"Yes?" Lloyd tried to play oblivious.
"Come on, we agreed on the rules?" [Y/n] asked earning an exaggerated sigh as he dragged his feet over to Wu.
