After the meal, Mingyu made his way back to the northern borders. The night had grown darker, and the cool air felt refreshing against his skin as he walked through the forest.
He stopped at a secluded spot, taking a deep breath as he began to transform into his wolf form. The change was fluid and effortless, his muscles rippling as he shifted from human to wolf. Even in his wolf form, Mingyu was imposing, his frame larger and more powerful than most. His size fascinated his pack; while he was the Gamma and his build was considerable even in human form, in wolf form, he towered above others, including the Alpha. This trait was both a source of curiosity and a strategic advantage, making him a formidable presence in battles. Even Mingyu felt it was odd for a Gamma wolf to be this large. Sure Seungcheol was more dominant and powerful in whole pack but Mingyu could be easily mistaken as Alpha by enemies due to his build. It was easy for him to outshine the Betas of their pack, but Mingyu was too kind to do anything reckless. He just loved his pack, his brothers and he always respected everyone.
Mingyu's fur bristled with the cool night air as he stood on all fours, the transformation complete. Snow, his wolf started took over. His senses heightened, he took in the scents and sounds of the forest around him. The northern border was a wild and rugged landscape, and he moved with practiced ease through the terrain, his large form effortlessly navigating the dense underbrush.
As Mingyu moved through the forest in his wolf form, the moonlight played beautifully across his fur. His coat was a rich blend of brown and orange, the dominant hues giving him a warm, fiery golden appearance that seemed almost magical. All four of his paws were completely white, as if dipped in Snow, giving him the appearance of wearing delicate, ethereal socks. On his forehead, a crescent moon of snowy white fur stood out against the warm tones of his coat. It was a beautiful, almost celestial mark, as if the Moon goddess herself had bestowed a special blessing upon him. This crescent moon pattern glowed subtly in the moonlight, adding more grace to his already impressive appearance.
In the pale light of the moon, Mingyu's fur took on a faint, greyish hue, allowing him to blend seamlessly into the dark, shadowy forest. It was as if he became one with the night, his powerful frame barely visible against the backdrop of the forest's deep darkness. When sunlight hit his fur, however, it transformed into a dazzling shade of gold, catching the light and shimmering, matching with his tanned golden skin tone in his human form, with a brilliance that highlighted his majestic presence.
His eyes, dark chocolate brown colored in human form turn into a warm honey colored, mirrored the tones of his fur, blending perfectly with the golden and orange hues. They were intense and expressive, carrying a depth that spoke of both his strength and his inner gentleness. His eyes, always glowed softly in the dark with faint silver lining encircling them; which reflected like full Moon contrasting with the snowy white cresent Moon mark on his forehead making it look like Mingyu was really blessed by Goddess Moon in special way.
Mingyu's overall appearance was nothing short of magical. The combination of his unique fur coloration, the white paws and crescent moon, and the way his coat shifted with the light gave him an ethereal quality. In the forest, he moved with an almost supernatural grace, his form so striking almost truly justifying a wild beauty of the natural world.
As Mingyu sprinted through the dense woods, the cold air whipped through his silky fur, making it ripple and shimmer with each powerful stride. His large, muscular frame cut through the underbrush. The scent of the forest was sharp and invigorating, a mix of pine, earth, and the distant hint of Mingyu's own Musky scent mixed with touch of comforting lavender.
Reaching the top of the northern hills, where the borders of their village spread out like a protective embrace around their territory, Mingyu came to a halt. His breath, visible in the chill air, hung in misty clouds around him as he surveyed the expanse before him. The view from this vantage point was both awe-inspiring and humbling, the wild and untamed land he was tasked with guarding. Mingyu glanced at the extreme peak of Northern hills, covered with clouds and mist. The magical waterfall that originated somewhere from the peak of Northern hills looked like it was carrying moonlight in it. It was beyond their packs territory, no one was allowed to go their. The dangerous peak of Northern hills was filled with different legends that Mingyu heard since childhood by the pack elders. The legends were weird, almost unbelievable.
