The cool night air brushed against your skin as Mingyu led you out into the backyard of the pack house. The sky was a deep shade of indigo, with the moon in waning gibbous phase  hanging high, casting a silver glow over everything. Mingyu turned to you, his eyes soft yet determined. "Can you match my pace? I'll run slow. Once we're out of pack house territory, I'll carry you," he asked, his voice low to avoid waking anyone. You nodded eagerly, excitement bubbling up inside you.

"Stay in front of me, so that no one can notice you." He further explained and you again nodded looking at him.

He gave you a small smile before stepping back, ready to shift. You watched in awe as his body began to change, muscles rippling, bones shifting smoothly. His fur emerged, the familiar orange-brown mixed with golden hues illuminated in the moonlight. Mingyu fully shifted into his wolf form, he stood tall, his honey colored eyes glowing.

Mingyu, now in wolf form, gave you a look, his eyes full of warmth, and signaled you to start moving. You nodded again, heart racing with excitement as you stood in front of him, and began to walk, careful to stay quiet. Mingyu padded softly close behind you, his large form blending effortlessly into the shadows of the trees as you headed toward the forest. The air was crisp, and each step felt like venturing into a dream. Mingyu's large wolf form covered you as you started to walk remaining close to him.

As you passed the boundaries of the pack house, the tension slowly eased from your shoulders as you moved away from front side, running beside him. You glanced at Mingyu, who remained close, his fur glowing faintly in the moonlight. You didn't even minded the fact that you were running bare foot all the way. A giggle escaped your lips, the pure exhilaration of running through the night with him making your heart soar. The forest, dense and mysterious, welcomed you with open arms, the moonlight filtering through the trees, casting silver streaks on the ground.

You could hardly contain the giddiness bubbling inside you. This was the dream that had haunted you for so long, running alongside the majestic wolf under the moon. But now, it wasn't just a dream. It was real. Every part of it, from the cold air against your skin to the soft glow of the moon casting shadows over Mingyu's fur, felt surreal yet perfectly right.

The world around you became a blur of dark trees and soft rustling leaves, but you weren't scared. You felt free, excited even, with Mingyu running beside you, his silent presence comforting. Every now and then, he glanced at you, his honey-colored eyes shimmering with a mix of amusement and care. You giggled again, the sound soft and happy, as you sped up slightly, feeling the thrill of the chase.

Once you reached a clearing, Mingyu signaled for you to stop. He nudged your leg gently with his nose, reminding you of his promise. With a playful roll of your eyes, you slowed down and allowed him to step forward. In one swift motion, he knelt in front of you, waiting for you to hop onto his back. As you did, his fur brushed against your legs, and you held on tightly, feeling the warmth of his strong, powerful form.

Mingyu stood up, his body steady beneath you, and then, with a soft huff, he began to run. The wind rushed past you as Mingyu's powerful strides carried you deeper into the forest. You buried your face in his fur, feeling the soft, silky texture against your cheek as the world around you blurred into the dark, moonlit landscape. The dream was now your reality, and it felt more magical than you could have ever imagined.

Mingyu's speed was incredible, far beyond anything you could have imagined. The ground beneath you seemed to disappear as he dashed through the dense forest, his large paws barely making a sound against the earth. You clung to his thick fur, your heart racing, both with excitement and a touch of fear. The wind whipped past your face, making your long onyx locks fly behind you as the world around you turned into a blur of dark trees and silver moonlight.
