Y/N POV -

As you lay curled up in bed, trying to catch a few peaceful moments of sleep, Mingyu burst into the room like a whirlwind, a grin plastered on his face. He grabbed the shopping bags from the corner and, with zero hesitation, threw them right on the bed. The sudden noise made you jolt up, heart racing as you blinked groggily at the sight of Mingyu practically bouncing on his feet.

"What the-" you started to mumble, still half-asleep.

Mingyu beamed down at you, his puppy eyes sparkling with excitement. "Come on, get up! I got something for you!"

You squinted at him, then glanced at the bags now strewn across the bed. "What are you up to?"

Without warning, he grabbed your arm and gently but firmly pulled you up from under the blanket. "You'll see," he said with a mischievous grin, practically dragging you toward the bathroom with the shopping bags in tow.

You stumbled after him, still not fully awake. "Mingyu! What is this? I was sleeping!"

He ignored your protests, pushing the bags into your arms. "Trust me, you're going to love it. Now, go change. I'm waiting."

Realization slowly dawned on you as you glanced at the bags in your hands. "Wait... You went shopping?" You raised an eyebrow, half amused, half skeptical. "You bought clothes for me?"

Mingyu nodded eagerly. "Of course! You don't have clothes, and I promised, didn't I? Plus, you smell like Joshua in Moon's clothes," he added with a playful wrinkle of his nose.

You rolled your eyes at his teasing, but a small smile tugged at your lips. "I thought you were kidding about the scent thing. You're really serious, huh?"

He crossed his arms, leaning against the doorframe. "Oh, I'm dead serious. Now, go try them on, or I'll pick something out for you myself."

You groaned, trying to push past him. "Mingyu, it's too late for this. Can't I just-"

"Nope!" He blocked your way, arms outstretched as he nudged you toward the bathroom. "Come on, humor me. Just try them on. I'm not letting you back into bed until you do."

You sighed dramatically, but there was no real fight in you as you took the bags and shuffled toward the bathroom. "Fine, fine!"

Mingyu grinned even wider. "Deal."

As you closed the door behind you, you could still hear his excited foot tapping outside, like a puppy waiting for you to show off his shopping haul. You shook your head, smiling despite yourself. He was incorrigible, but at least he kept things interesting.

A few minutes later, you emerged from the bathroom wearing one of the outfits he picked out. You felt comfortable but definitely not in the mood to entertain his antics. Mingyu, however, was ready for a runway show.

"So... what do you think?" you asked casually, trying to hide a yawn as you climbed back into bed, fully prepared to ignore any more of his over-the-top excitement.

Mingyu stood there, eyes wide with anticipation. "Wait, that's it? You're not going to try on the rest?"

You gave him a look. "It's almost midnight, Mingyu. I'm not doing a full-on fashion show at this hour."

He pouted dramatically, his lower lip jutting out. "But... I picked out all these outfits for you!" He gestured toward the shopping bags still half-full on the bed. "You can't just try on one and call it a night."
