Sevyn sung along to the music that lowly played from her Alexa. She tied her natural hair into a low messy bun. She then zipped up her light grey skims workout jacket before exiting her room.
She walked down the hall to her guest room and softly knocked on the door.
"come in." Cherish softly spoke. Sevyn walked in and saw her sister sitting at the vanity fixing her lipgloss and smiled.
She really was in shock to have her sister back home with her.
"Are you ready Cher?" Sevyn sat on the bed and noticed the small 6 week pregnant pudge that poked out of the light pink dress she let her sister borrow and smiled.
"yes.. I'm I'm ready." Cherish said with a stutter. Sevyn nodded with a closed lip smile and grabbed her sister hand and they walked down the stairs.
"so we have a hair appointment in a few then we are going to go shopping for you and the baby."
"O..ok." Sevyn noticed that Cherish was less talkative and when she did talk it was with a stutter. She reminded herself not to bring it up at the moment but she needed to know how and when did she develop it.
After leaving the house and walking to the car, Cherish got in and just before Sevyn could get in the drivers side Jamari called her name.
She huffed and rolled her eyes before walking over to the front steps of his house where Jamari stood.
"What?" She spoke with attitude laced in her voice.
Jamari huffed and walked down the steps to kiss her lips and pull her into a hug. Sevyn accepted the hug but turned her face so he only kissed her cheek.
"mamas come on I said I'm sorry." Jamari grabbed her by the waist and pulled her closer as she cross her hands across her chest.
"Sevyn come on, come inside so I can make it up to you." Jamari mumbled as he placed his head in the crook of her neck then slid his hands around her plump ass.
"I gotta go somewhere with my sister but later tonight. I gotta go." Sevyn said as she hugged him back embracing his familiar scent.
Jamari looked over at her car and slightly noticed a woman sitting in the passenger seat. He nodded his head and let go of her then kissed his lips.
"aight mamas I love you be safe." Jamari spoke then kissed her lips again.
"I love you more baby I'll be over here later."
Jamari nodded his head then watched Sevyn walk away into the car and drive off.
"who.. who was that?" Cherish asked as she looked out the window seeing Jamari walk back in the house.
"oh, that's Jamari, my boyfriend." Sevyn smiled ear to ear while talking about him.
"Oh." Cherish mumbled and she turned her head to look out the window again. Sevyn scrunched her face up a bit at the lack of enthusiasm her sister gave but she brushed it off and continued the drive to the hair salon.
