Y/N woke up to the soft rays of the morning sun streaming through the large windows of her room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and she felt more rested than she had since arriving in this city. She stretched lazily before getting up to take a shower and brush her teeth, feeling the lingering warmth of the previous night's sleep clinging to her. As she got dressed, she thought about Jotaro and the strange sense of unease she had felt before falling asleep. She pushed it aside for now, determined to focus on the day ahead.

When she came downstairs, she found Jotaro already up and sitting at the kitchen table, a cup of coffee in his hand. He looked relaxed, but there was an alertness in his eyes that she had come to recognize over the years.

"Good morning," he greeted her with a small smile. "How did you sleep?"

She smiled back, feeling genuinely content. "It was the best sleep I've had since I got here."

They sat down together, and she joined him in having breakfast. As they ate, Y/N couldn't help but think about the unsettling news from the night before. It was hanging over her like a dark cloud, and she knew she couldn't ignore it any longer.

"Are the murders still happening?" she asked, trying to keep her tone light, but the concern in her voice was unmistakable.

Jotaro set his coffee down, his expression becoming more serious. "Yeah, but it's gotten more violent. Women have been going missing without a trace, which makes me think it's probably a Stand user."

Y/N frowned, her heart sinking. She whispered almost to herself, "Why does it always have to be women?"

"Huh?" Jotaro asked, not catching her words.

"Nothing," she quickly replied, shaking her head to dismiss the thought.

After a moment of silence, she suddenly had an idea. "Jotaro, can you still transform into a weapon?"

Jotaro's eyes lit up, though he tried to play it cool. "Of course."

Y/N stood up, an idea forming in her mind. "Would you mind if I used you to prepare? I need to be ready for whatever is happening out there."

Jotaro agreed without hesitation, barely able to contain his excitement. It had been so long since he had been used in combat, and the thought of being wielded by Y/N again filled him with a sense of purpose. They headed out to the backyard, where the open space would give them plenty of room to train.

Once outside, Jotaro transformed into his weapon form—a beautifully intricate scythe with a skeletal motif, its blade glinting in the morning light. The scythe was different in color than she remembered from years ago, but she didn't dwell on it. She twirled him expertly, feeling the weight and balance of the weapon as she spun him between her fingers.

As she became more comfortable, a thought crossed her mind. Could a Meister use a Weapon's Stand ability while they were in weapon form? It was something she had never tried before, but there was no time like the present. Gathering her courage, she shouted out, "Star Platinum: The World!"

To her amazement, the familiar, powerful Stand manifested in front of her, just as if Jotaro were in his human form. The sheer power of it took her breath away, and she momentarily lost focus, almost dropping the scythe. She quickly regained her composure and allowed Jotaro to return to his normal form.

As he transformed back, Y/N looked at him with wide eyes, still processing what had just happened. "How is that possible? I was able to share your Stand ability even though you were in weapon form!"

Jotaro smiled at her, a mixture of pride and something deeper in his eyes. "I trust you, Y/N," he said simply, though she could tell there was more to it than that.

But for now, she let it go, a smile spreading across her face as well. They had a strong bond—one that had only grown stronger over the years. Whatever challenges lay ahead, she knew they would face them together, with a bond that transcended their forms.

As they stood there in the early morning light, both of them knew that this was just the beginning of something much greater. Their connection had always been special, but now, it was something more—a bond forged through trust, strength, and a shared determination to protect each other and the world they lived in.
