Charlotte Williams moved to the fictional town Hawley from Wales two years ago wanting a fresh start. She managed to get a job at the local pub where she met Vinnie and the others.
Her and Vinnie's relationship started as being friends with benefits but quickly grew into more and they have been together ever since.
