Vinnie and Lottie jogged back to their home after Vinnie did some training for the fight.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Vinnie asked when he saw his doctor sat on the steps to the shack.

"I wanted to talk to you." Dr Chris said as he waved to Lottie.

"How did you know where we live?" Vinnie asked incredulously.

"I'm a GP. I've got access to your records." Dr Chris said casually.

"Our address isn't on the bloody records." Vinnie said annoyed that his doctor followed him.

"The pub is. I went there, paid a man in specs
five pounds to tell me." Dr Chris said to the pair.

"Jesus! You're a bloody stalker, man." Vinnie as he opened the door to the shack.

"Have a sit down." Lottie said to the doctor as they walked in, "Do you want me to wait outside?" She questioned kindly wanting to give them privacy.

"Nah, I tell you everything anyway." Vinnie said knowing that his girl is trustworthy and that he would tell her during the tea talk they have before bed. Lottie nodded and smiled when she knew Dr Chris was okay with it and began to make cups of tea.

"You were right, Vinnie. I was taking stuff." Dr Chris said as he sat down.

"Yeah, I know you were." Vinnie said as he grabbed the mugs for Lottie.

"Got in a bad place." Dr Chris said as he rubbed his forehead.

"I'll say." Vinnie scoffed as he sat down opposite his doctor.

"Not the drugs. The drugs were just a slip. Something to take my mind off the real problem..." Doctor Chris began saying.

"Oh, God. Genuinely nervous. Where's this going now?" Vinnie said as Lottie carried the tea and biscuits over and sat next to him.

"I'm addicted to women's knees." Dr Chris said tearfully, only looking at Vinnie hoping he doesn't make Lottie uncomfortable with his confession.

"We're listening." Lottie said encouragingly as Vinnie placed a blanket over her legs.

"Round knees, shins, thighs, mainly knees. I had this marriage. She was...She was great." He said as he began to cry, "She was my soulmate. But I couldn't stop wanting to see other women's knees. Just to touch 'em, to kiss 'em, to lick 'em, to...I tried it on with a couple of her friends. I mean, nothing weird, just...getting close to their knees at parties. Throwing drink over them and wiping it off. One day she caught me cracking one out when her friend came round in her short skirt and the whole thing unravelled. When women come into the surgery and I'm just thinking of...excuses to take their dresses off, you know, praying that they'll have lower limb issues. I'm losing control of myself, Vin. It's all I can think about." Dr Chris vented tearfully heaving a heavy sigh once he finished talking. Lottie sat in a bit of shock not anticipating that type of confession from the doctor.

"Look, I sympathise with you, Chris. Honestly, really, I do, man. I don't know what you expect me to do about all this." Vinnie said once he digested all of that information.

"Think about it, Vin. Look, our minds are...The thoughts here... they're worrying. But just talking about it, just sitting here and being able to say things, it just..." He said with a relieved sigh, "It's like a weights been lifted. So I was thinking, Vinnie. Just say if you think this is a terrible idea, but I was thinking...I need help, you need help, to talk about our thoughts, and maybe we could be like, you know, a therapy for each other. Like a two-man counselling group. What do you think?" Dr Chris said as he looked at the couple opposite him.

"Um I think it sounds like a great idea. A way that both of you can confide in someone with no fear of judgment." Lottie said as she looked at them with a smile whilst grabbing Vinnie's hand in comfort.

"I mean, well, yeah... I've got to have a bare knuckle fight with a brutal traveller on Tuesday, so can we do it after that?" Vinnie said as he took a sip of his tea.

"Now, listen to me, we come for a fair fight, and my boy Ashley was bloody spiked. No-one knocked anyone out. I'm Vinnie O'Neill. I've come to fight with a bit of fucking respect, a bit of honour from me opponent-" Vinnie began saying into the camera as they filmed a video to send to the Blanes.

"You're fucking dickheads!" Cardi shouted out from behind Vinnie as he interrupted the speech.

"Oh, my God!" Vinnie shouted annoyed at Cardi.

"Fuck off!" Dylan said as he shoved Cardi out of the shot.

"What are you doin'? You've ruined that. You've ruined that. Turn it off. We're not having chips! You've ruined that. Turn it off." Vinnie said annoyed that Cardi ruined the video.

"Right, lads. You know the rules. I want a fair fight. No holding, no kicking, no head-butting and no biting. Whoever breaks the rules, loses the fight. Otherwise, it's the first man to offer his hand." Lottie heard the referee say loudly to Vinnie and Joe Jr as she stood humming outside the barn too anxious to watch Vinnie fight. She jumped almost every time the crowd cheered too scared to look inside to see who was winning. She almost ran back inside when she heard sirens coming her way thinking it was the police again. She stood there confused and worried when an ambulance pulled but sighed in relief when she saw Ash get out.

"Ash!" Cardi shouted from inside as Ash walked into the barn with Lottie following behind slowly.

"Fight's over, your lad's won." Big Joe said after Ash punched and shook hands with Joe Jr.

"Are you all right?" Lottie gasped worriedly when she saw the bloody state that Vinnie was in.

"Yeah." Vinnie whispered to his girl as she reached him and gently kissed his forehead.

"All right, there. No harm, right? All right, fair is fair. It's your fight." Big Joe began saying, "What are any of us without our honour? That man there said it. And it's true. You're a brave man, Vinnie. You knew you were going to lose and you fought for your friend. Come here to me now." He said as he pulled Vinnie up from his seat making him groan in pain, "A brave man!" Big Joe shouted as he held Vinnie's arm up in victory making everyone cheer. Everyone moved back and groaned in disgust when Vinnie was sick. Lottie didn't care as she moved towards her boyfriend and rubbed his back soothingly as they slowly waked toward the van.
