Episode three - P3

Lottie and Tommo woke up the next morning by her phone ringing from inside her pocket, she fished it out of her back pocket and pressed the accept button when she saw it was Vinnie.

"I've got to go to McCann's again." Vinnie said when she answered the phone.

"Why? What's wrong?" Lottie questioned him as she heard a car door slam on the other side of the phone.

"I dunno yet. But I'll meet you at the Rat & Cutter once I know." Vinnie said to her.

"Okay, be safe. I love you." Lottie told him as Tommo began to make kissy faces at her.

"I love you. And tell Tommo I know he's pulling faces." Vinnie said before he hung up leaving Tommo with a shocked look on his face and Lottie with a smug one.

The group minus Cardi were sat at the bar in the Rat & Cutter trying to come up with a plan after Vinnie's visit to Terence McCann's house.

"Why don't we ring 'em up, tell 'em we've got their drawers, tell them we want five hundred quid, and then when they come, we jump them. Find out who they are." Tommo said his plan to the group, his anger worn off after having a good nights sleep.

"What if they're armed?" JJ questioned worriedly.

"Armed? Honestly, what is it with you and armed at the moment?" Vinnie questioned incredulously.

"The phone has a passcode on it anyway." Lottie said after she looked at the phone but couldn't see any fingerprints after Vinnie had picked it up.

"Statistically, you're four times more likely to get stabbed than get cystitis." JJ informed the group beginning to annoy them.

"Where the fucks that? Los Cabos?" Vinnie asked him.

"The UK, man. I'm telling you." JJ insisted.

"Yeah, statistically, that sounds like total nonsense." Vinnie said to him as Tommo handed Lottie a glass of water.

"Here, look. Why don't we just leave the phone on at a new location and see if they come again. Where are the drawers now?" Ash asked Vinnie thinking of a plan.

"Jim's farm." Vinnie replied.

"Right, so, we go there and we wait. If they see their van, they'll think they're in business, it's perfect." Ash told them his plan which they all agreed on.

"All right, lads." Cardi greeted as he walked up to the group who laughed at his bleached hair and ridiculous fake tan. "It's... getting worse." Cardi said to them as Lottie went up as hugged him comfortingly. "She even did a makeover on Nigel. Look. He smells like lavender, dude." Cardi told them as he pulled the pigeon out of his bum bag and handed him over to Ashley.

"Aww, you look so handsome." Lottie said to him as she squished his cheeks unable to stop thinking that he looked adorable.

"This is exactly why I don't get into relationships." Tommo told the group.

"In case you get heavily made over?" Ash questioned him.

"They always try and change you, don't they? I say to women now, 'This is who I am. Take it or leave it." Tommo said to them.

"And that doesn't put them off, no?" Ash asked him as Lottie hit his arm reprimanding.

"It does, yeah." Tommo told him as he finished off his drink.

"Your all perfect the way you are. If someone tries to make you change, let me deal with them." Lottie told the boys protectively as Vinnie kissed the back of her head.
