Kyla Foster

The Bellagio Hotel where the wedding guests stayed was incredibly luxurious. The lobby was spacious and elegant, with high ceilings decorated with crystal chandeliers that shone like stars.

At the entrance, we were greeted by smiling porters and directed to the reception.

When we got to the front desk, we checked in and got our room keys. My family and I got a spacious room on the sixth floor with a beautiful view of the fountains in front of the hotel.

The room was decorated in warm, neutral tones with luxurious details such as velvet cushions, silk curtains and gold ornaments. The beds were huge and looked incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with marble tiles and a huge bathtub.

After we settled in, I found out that Ryker's room was in the same hall, but a few doors down from ours. The thought of him being so close caused a mixture of excitement and nervousness in me. I knew it would be hard to ignore him, especially in front of all these people.

Later that night, while I was getting ready for dinner, Ryker texted me to meet me in the elevator. My heart was beating fast as I walked towards the elevator, making sure no one saw me.

"Hey," he said quietly when the door closed behind me.

"Hey," I replied, trying to hide the nervousness in my voice.

"How's it going?"

Ryker sighed.

"Madison and I are in the same room. I mean, I know we're here to accompany each other, but... it's awkward."

"I can imagine...How does she deal with that?"

"Better than I expected. But still... it's just weird. We haven't been together for a while, and now we're forced to spend so much time together.

They even gave us a double room..."

This sentence made me jealous. They won't sleep in the same bed, will they?

That's what I asked him.

"No no. We reported the problem to the staff and they gave us an extra bed. On which I will have to sleep..." he said with so much sorrow as if it was his biggest problem.

"Oh, what a shame..."

"You know, there's a Jacuzzi in our bathroom..."

"Oh," I said, blushing.

"You could...come to my room tonight. We can see what that jacuzzi is like ..."

"So, we're going to do it tonight?" I asked, feeling my heart beating faster and faster.

"Not. Too much will be risky. Madison said she plans to go out for a walk on the Las Vegas Strip...But she won't be staying long. You come anyway."

"I will."

Then Ryker pressed the button for the ground floor so they could have dinner in the restaurant.

When we got to the restaurant, the room was already full of familiar faces. I spotted many people from Los Angeles high society, including actors, musicians and other celebrities.

It was a real parade of wealth and prestige. Perry Steele, Madison's father was in the spotlight, surrounded by friends and fans. And Jenna dazzled in an elegant red dress, chatting with guests and smiling for photos.

Madison and Ryker sat at the table near Perry and his new wife, while I sat with my parents and Hazel. It was interesting to observe the dynamics among the guests.
