Right now, the fellowship was walking the way towards the mines of Moria.

"Dwarf doors are invisible when closed. Their own masters cannot find them if their secrets are forgotten."Gandalf explained.

"Why doesn't that surprise me?"Legolas commented.

"Simply because dwarves are not the smartest creatures."Luna grinned as she saw the look Gimli send them.

Gandalf seemed to search for the door, his hand running over the stone walls,"It's mirror only starlight and moonlight."He spoke and soon enough, the door was shown but just the light of it and it didn't seemed like it would open soon,"It reads, 'The doors of durin, lord of Moria. Speak, friend, and enter."

"What do you suppose that means?"Merry asked.

"It's quite simply. If you are a friend, you speak the password and the doors will open."Gandalf said in a nonchalant tone and 'duh' like tone and began to speak elvish but nothing happened so he spoke again. But guess what, still nothing happened.

"Nothing's happening."Pippin said to Luna and Legolas who stood beside him.

"I suppose."Luna replied as she looked at the hobbit before back to Gandalf.

Gandalf didn't seemed all too pleased when
The door didn't opened, and began to try and open it with bare hands instead, pressing against the still stone wall.

"I once knew every spell in all tongues of Elves...Men and orcs."Gandalf spoke.

"What are you going to do, then?"Pippin asked.

"Knock your head against These doors, Peregrin Took! And if that does not shatter them and I am allowed a little peace from foolish questions, I will try to find the opening words."Gandalf replied.

"Is he in a bad mood?"Luna whispered to Legolas, who gave her a look before nodding a bit.

"I recommend to you to not say it to him."Legolas added to his nod.

"I was not planning on it."Luna huffed.

...

It's been a while since Gandalf had begun to speak all spells in elvish and something that Luna guessed was dwarfish. And nothing changed, the door stayed stubbornly closed.

Pippin and Merry were throwing stones into the water, Sam was letting his pony go with Aragorn and Legolas and Luna were looking around for possible dangers.

"Do not disturb the water."Aragorn said to Pippin as he grabbed his arm before he could throw another stone.

"Oh, it's useless."Gandalf said.

Luna grabbed into Legolas's arm as she saw something moving in the water. He looks at her with confusion before following her gaze.

Luna got distracted as Frodo somehow managed to open the doors to the mine, making her also drop Legolas's arm. Luna looked back once more before she walked into the mine.

"Soon, Master Elf and Mistress Elf, you will enjoy the fabled hospitality of the Dwarves. Roaring fires, malt beer, ripe meat off the bone! This, my friend, is the home of my cousin Balin. And they call it a mine. A mine!"Gimli said, mostly to Luna and Legolas.
