Perfect/ Legolas Greenleaf

Chapter fifteen

Arrows were unleashed and shot at any orc that they could hit, of course the Orc fired back. Some of the soldiers were shot and fell down from the edge and most likely died.

Luna dodged an arrow before aiming and shooting the orc that tried to shot her first.

Her eyes widened as she saw that Ladders were pulled up so the orcs could easily climb up and attack them from where they stand.

Luna quickly put her bow back into her quiver and grabbed the elvish sword that was on her waist, changing her weapon for now. She swung the sword in her hand as she began to attack orcs that were just waiting to spill innocent blood.

Luna let out a grunt as she rolled back to dodge an orc sword, before slashing its knee and cutting up its head. She swung her sword again and sliced two orc throats.

She grabbed an arrow out of her quiver and stabbed it through the eye of an orc before ducking, letting the second orc who attack her kill its own kind. She then kicked it away before stabbing her sword through its belly.

She jumped on top of the stone, careful to not fall down the edge as she cut off the head off and orc and kicked a ladder back down. It was one was too many, but at least one was away.

What she didn't noticed was the orc that made a move to attack her, she barely moved away as the sword grazed the skin on her cheek making her let out a hiss.

"Filthy and disgusting scum."She complained as she kicked him back over the edge before grabbing an arrow and throwing it through its skull.

She jumped back into the safer space and brushed her hair out of her face.

"Legolas! Luna! Two already."Gimli called out.

"I'm on seventeen!"Legolas yelled back.

"You two are counting your kills?"Luna asked with an eye roll before she stabbed an orc without looking,"Bet! I'm on eighteen now!"

"Huh?! I'll have no pointy-ear outscoring me!"

"Nineteen!"Legolas called out killing two more.

Luna put her sword into her quiver and changed it with her bow, feeling more confident in using it than using a sword.

She let her hands slide over her arrows, grabbing two and pulling them back on her bow before unleashing them and shooting two orcs.

Luna ducked down, letting the axe miss her head before slamming her elbow into the orc's chest before stabbing it with an arrow before she turned away again.

She jumped on top of two orcs before killing them easily and jumping off them again. The white haired girl could hear Gimli counting somewhere nearby but she noticed something way more important.

Half of the army, with shields were walking forward to the doors. She instantly aimed her bow at them and shoot a few arrows, the mistake was that she let her back out of sight.

But Legolas didn't. He quickly aimed his bow at the orc that was trying to attack Luna while she wasn't looking, letting the arrows pierce through its skull. This action also got Luna's attention, she turned around to see the dead orc and Legolas.

"Well, thanks!"Luna thanked, a bit angry at herself for letting the orc go close to her.

"My pleasure."Legolas replied before turning away to kill more orcs.

Just a few moments later, an orc with something similar to fire was coming dangerously close to the weak point of the walls. And if it would reach this point, it wouldn't end good.
