Chapter 11: Search of the Fortress

Atrellions POV:
So while Alastor helped Charlie and her friends, I set out to find the possible one of sending Korai to betray the village, when I overheard a conversation.

Demon 1: Did you hear that? Mephisto sent his daughter Korai to sweep a village

Demon 2: OH THAT ONE, THAT'S VERY HILARIOUS!!! Although, I did hear that someone killed her using nothing but fists and wit.

So it was Mephisto who did it, no wonder why Korai refused to share her origins. All didn't mind cause she was beautiful to their eyes. I was the only one who didn't like her at all.

Now that I know who did, now I just need to know where is his fortress; overlords tend to have one. I will expect Mephisto's fortress to be wacky; he is quite overambitous.

Here I met someone named Seva.

Atrellion: Who are you? Where is Mephisto's Fortress.

Seva: ... Mephisto's fortress is what you're looking for, sinner? Just head west, its a few blocks away.

I hear demons saying about Seva who is this goat demon I am talking to being someone who shouldn't be messed with, until I heard his wife, if I am correct.

Atrellion: wait, so it's Hellhound mating season?

Seva: Why are you asking this

I pointed to the direction of his wife, who goes by the name of Leyla.

Leyla: Come on! It's been... Two weeks! I want children.

Seva: another time, you're not well fit for children. You're too impatient, I'd doubt you'd even want pregnancy.

And that's when Leyla jumped on Seva and dragged him to their bedroom, I wouldn't like to elaborate further since she literally forcefully fucking Seva, who am I to blame, Alastor did told me it's mating season of the Hellhounds.

So I simply headed west just like Seva said and saw Mephisto's fortress, wacky as expected. It's very big alright.

So I started with meeting 3 giant cyclops, which I simply took out with Twin Bomb, the bigger the target, the better it is to blow up. This is followed by Hellfire, I had been warned by Alastor as it can't be extinguished, but he didn't say that it can't be frozen, I had to freeze it with an ice platformer; a spirit ice weapon so I can climb through it, for 3 seconds only that is. There were machine guns up ahead as well, which I destroyed with the Lightning Crawler technique. Then sentient missiles(not Bullet Bills) started chasing me, which I prevented by charging up a Flaming Shuriken, charging it uo engulfs you in flames which will burn anything that tries to harm you. Just when I thought I could meet the overlord himself, I saw a bigger threat who could obliterate me if I failed to evade his attacks. It has giant horns, one big eye and a giant muscular body. It stares at me in anger. I will have to fight this figure.
