Moveset:
Industrialize
Creates the Modern Devices Terrain Effect. This Terrain Effect allows Vox to hide in devices, ignoring damage from most attacks while creating Sure Hit attacks. This Terrain Effect can only be cancelled by Vox' will. Upon deactivation, this terrain effect self destructs, dealing damage.
Static Voice
Uses his ability to make his voice static to intimidate opponents. (Turn Based: Flinches the opponent)
Screen Shock
Special Electric Move. Paralyzes on hit. This deals 1.5x damage to all opponents when the Modern Devices Terrain Effect is present.
Battery Charge
Physical Electric Move. Paralyzes on hit. This move will always hit the opponent first when Modern Devices is present.
Strengths:
Can paralyze opponents plus debuffs on them.
Modern Devices can't be cancelled. It can only be cancelled by Vox himself for more damage.
Has higher stats than Alastor
Does not rely on forms to get stronger.
Weaknesses:
Angelic Weaponry can permanently kill him or damage him, like the blade Atrellion gave to Alastor.
Alastor's Full Demon form has higher stats and can easily win against Vox though an angelic weapon is required to permanently kill him off.
Lack of forms mean he does not have ways to increase his stats.
Toxicity can remove the terrain effect without self destructing.
Special Notes:
The reason why Mystery Ninja isn't included in the battle is because the Rift separated them to fight different opponents.
The Rift puts the person who entered it into a place where they hate most. Alastor hates devices that were created after his death in the 1930s like phones, which is why Vox was the perfect opponent.
He and Alastor used to be on good terms until an argument happened.
Vox is the only Hazbin Hotel character in this story to lack any forms, for Fautisse hasn't given the Vees their full demon forms.
Another reason for the rivalry is that Television and Radio are marketing rivals in real life.
