Special Fairy move. Using his saliva along with his smoke, this captivates opponents while crushing them. Captivated opponents will be infatuated, allowing Valentino to do what he wants with them. (Turn Based: Captivation has a 50% chance for the opponent to gibe their turn to Valentino)

Physical Steel move. Using his guns, he shoots the target twice. It never misses.
Red Gust

Special Flying Move. By Unfurling his wings, he increases his special attack and speed by 100 at the cost of halving defense and special defense, which in return, deals a higher damage output. This move removes burns from allies and doubles the burn duration for opponents while also decreasing the power of their fire moves by 30%. This is one of the only moves that can affect hellfire moves. It also has a chance to make the opponent flinch, allowing extra attacks.
Flying Submission
Physical Flying/Fighting Move. Evades most attacks by flying then dives down to the opponent, slamming them to the ground hard. If his wings are unfurled, then its priority is raised by +1 due to speed increase. It will also have Valentino furl his wings back for safety reasons. This guarantees stuns but Red Gust must be used first before this could activate.
Strengths:
Has a balanced stats and moveset, complete with debuffs, AoE, ranged and melee attacks.
Can change forms at will rather than using move combos or losing health.
Can affect hellfire moves, decreasing the power of Alastor's fire moves with Red Gust, which can also remove burns from allies as well.
Can perform many attacks at once thanks to Additional Limbs.
Potential Synergies:
Sukuna can burn the opponents while he uses Red Gust to enhance the burn. Captivation will also help knockout opponents quickly.
Weaknesses:
In General
Unfurled wings halve defense, allowing more damage to be took though this is mitigated by A Sinner's Anatomy.
Not everyone is affected by Captivation.
While he can remove burns from allies, he can't use Red Gust when he himself is burned
Against the Duo:
Mystery Ninja's will is unaffected by captivation. Plus, his Green Chakra merged with the Titanium Fist allows full damage to be dealt to Valentino, ignoring the ability, especially with the power of Tremor Fist.
Alastor can use other attacks like Shadows and Toxicity to damage Valentino from afar and burn his wings as well, on top of Alastor being asexual as well. His attacks can also damage Valentino while he is flying though Alastor only has enough strength to knock him out as both lack in Demon Effective attacks as well.
Potential Weaknesses:
Sukuna's cursed energy and AoE Divine Flame ensures Valentino can't use his best damaging moves Red Gust or Flying Submission.
The Voltaic Brawler can easily setup the combo to activate the Electrostatic Pummeler to beat him down.
Special Notes:
He does not have his own abilities, his sinner demon means he shares A Sinner's Anatomy with Alastor while naturally having four arms and a pair of wings gives him the Additional Limbs ability along with Sukuna.
He is the only member of the Mephisto Nine to fly with wings, Deidara uses his explosives to do so.
He is also the only one who can change forms at will.
He has the second most stuns or disables of the Mephisto Nine with the Electrostatic Pummeler having the most.
