Deidara is a skilled shinobi with Explosion Release, originating from Naruto. Expect a high special attack stat.

Moveset:
Detonate
Special Fire Move. Deals damage based on bomb stacks. First stack deals normal damage to all opponents with the second stack doubling it and further stacks deal 50% of its normal damage. Fails if no stacks are on the opponent. Up to ten stacks only.
With C2 Bombs(These moves apply bomb stacks):
Brave Bird
Physical Flying Move that deals damage by summoning a bird out of clay. Applies 1 bomb stack on the opponent.
Microspider Bombs
Bug Move. Applies two bomb stacks on the opponent.
Land Mines
Creates the Land Mine Terrain Effect which gives 4 bomb stacks to a random opponent per turn. Opponents who have 4 or more stacks won't be applied with more stacks. This Terrain Effect ends once Detonate is activated.
With C4 Bombs (Does not require bomb stacks or the move Detonate to execute, rather, it is Detonate with additional effects, except for Clay Clone.):
Clay Clone
Creates a clone equal to half his current health to tank damage or for other moves.
Suicide Bomb
Special Ground Move. Deals damage to all opponents equal to ten bomb stacks but the user dies in the process. Can hit flying opponents. If Clay Clone is used beforehand, it becomes Suicide Bomb Clone instead.
Suicide Bomb Clone
Special Ground Move. Deals damage to all opponents equal to five bomb stacks but the clone is lost in the process. Can hit flying opponents.

When reincarnated, which is him in the rematch, Deidara has double the health and special attack and defense but defense, attack and speed remains the same.

Can only take damage from soul, demon and holy attacks.
Changes in initial moveset:
Detonate remains the same
Brave Bird gives two bomb stacks while having Deidara ride on one of the clay birds, which does not count as a bomb stack, immune to ground limited attacks in this state.
Microspider Bombs give three bomb stacks instead of two. (actual, explodes from the inside of the opponent, dealing damage).
Land Mines give five bomb stacks instead of four and stops once an opponent has five or more stacks.
Clay Clone and Suicide Bomb Clone are removed from the moveset.
Suicide Bomb has unlimited usage since Deidara can't kill himself thanks to reincarnation but takes long time before he could use it again. (5 turns)
Strengths:
Has the highest special attack out of the Mephisto Nine
Immune to most psychic moves and Genjutsu thanks to Enhanced Left Eyesight.
Reincarnated form is an ability similar to A Sinner's Anatomy.
Can deal extremely high damage with C2 Bomb Stacks for Detonate or the Moveset of the C4 Bombs.
Detonate has good crowd control plus burn to reduce physical damage.
Weaknesses:
In General
C2 Bombs rely too much on Bomb Stacks while C4 Bombs require setup.
Once Reincarnated, Clay Clone and Suicide Bomb Clone are unavailable. While Suicide Bomb is now spammable, it still has a long cooldown.
Most moves that can damage Reincarnated Deidara deal enough to take him down.
Against the Duo:
Alastor has access to Disruption Moves like Tentacle Sweep, Disabling Moves like Shadow Spike and Hellfire and Toxicity that rivals Explosion Release, which also burns the explosives in the first place.
Mystery Ninja has the Sacred Katana and Green Chakra to hit through his Reincarnated Form with full damage thanks to the blade's properties. It also has disabling moves like Ceaseless Edge to prevent use of all his attacks but C4 Attacks and Sacred Sword ignores Defense, enough to kill him. Solar Blade and Fixate Saber are high damage attacks which can also set off his explosives too early. The Katana also removes bomb stacks from the user by slicing off the explosives.
What If Weaknesses:
Sukuna can set off all his explosives with Divine Flame, plus the fact the clay doesn't count as living objects, allowing Sukuna to use it easily. He also has access to Cleave, Dismantle and Black Flash to finish him off easily; Cursed Energy ignores Impure Reincarnation as well.
Korai can use her Demonic Katana the same way Mystery Ninja does though he is more skilled with a blade than she is.
CFO has access to Zap Rays to prevent the use of Detonation.
