Gojo and Mystery Ninja are powerful in their own way but how they mastered Limitless will decide who is stronger with it. Gojo fully mastered it for he inherited the technique and the Six Eyes while Mystery Ninja did with his Green Roster Innate Technique.
In terms of damage, Mystery Ninja is more powerful since he can make cursed Weapons out of Hollow Purple and Unlimited Void, something Gojo couldn't do.
When it comes to long fights, Gojo would be a better user since he has enough cursed energy or ways to recover cursed energy along with being a member of the Gojo clan. Mystery Ninja, not having Limitless as his real technique means that the techniques use more Cursed Energy than usual. Though this is a bit compensated by the weapons he can create with Hollow Purple and Unlimited Void, it also means he can't just spam the techniques for it will deplete his energy.
In conclusion, both are at the same level when it comes to using Limitless.
