In the first moments of creation, the angels of God cut back on the words and songs of praise and worked on the details of creation.

The American 'experiment' often seems to be failing until it resets itself.
So, what kind of reset does America need this time?
We do resets to our culture because some dominant political force has fostered imbalances.
There is always gnashing of teeth before and after we do an American reset.
Most of us are gnashing our teeth before and a tiny percentage of us after.
The key to balance in American self-rule is most of us are deciding the self-rule.
The reason there is an imbalance in American culture is advantaged Americans aren't acting responsibly to obligations to those without advantage.
So much for the counter lie fostered by many advantaged.
In the past, American resets happen because a light is focused on the causes of the imbalance and measures are taken to remove misused advantages.
In America, representative government has failed miserably to place responsible, competent Americans in positions of power.
The majority of American citizens can be responsible in their civic duty and yet have little impact on decisions of American self-rule.
It is difficult to have an impact if the lie is the main political currency and every effort is made to block the majority of American citizens to influence self-rule.
American culture needs a means to keep American culture in balance.
Testimony with evidence of the misuse of power is a first step.
There is an existing group of Americans capable of doing that, but that group must separate itself from its tie with the secular hierarchy.
American churches can encourage fair testimony of the true state of American culture.
American churches must replace secular benefits with an independent income source.
Otherwise, secular groups benefiting from imbalance can undermine any balance correction.
The obvious focus is improving the situation of its members.
Then the American churches have the means to focus beyond the congregations.
That independent income could come from creating advantage for those without advantage.
I'm suggesting an evolutionary change for American churches.
Continue the praise of God but increase American church responsibility.
Listen more closely to God's message and rely on God's guidance.
In all societies, the advantaged are the elite and ruling hierarchy: a tiny part of the overall society.
That independent income for American churches could come from rebuilding the American middle class, members of their congregations and beyond their congregations.
When political power is more evenly distributed then imbalance is more difficult to create.
Shrinking the difference in incomes would sponsor a more balanced distribution of power.
There is an immense percentage of the American population competent to hold public office but consistently undermined by the power hungry 'career' politicians.
Look beyond the politicians to see who actually benefits from imbalance.
Imagine what our American culture would be like if only competent, responsible, duty orientated Americans were consistently elected to public office.
Where are the members of the congregations able to give testimony to imbalances?
