Kiara:Too much pressure

Context:It's Kiara's kook year and she's at the kook academy with Sarah and all the other kooks. Kiara realizes the kook academy is pushing way too much pressure on her so she decides to end it all. (TW:MENTIONS OF SUICIDE AND SUICIDAL ACTIONS) Also to me the kook academy is like a boarding school so they live at the school.

"Kie you want to come with us to go save sea turtles?" Sarah asked as she knocked on Kiara's door. Kiara didn't answer so Sarah used her spare key and unlocked the door. "Kiara you in here?" Sarah said as she put her stuff down on the dresser. Sarah walked by Kiara's bathroom and saw a letter stuck onto the door. "No Kie." Sarah whispered. Sarah opened the door and saw Kiara's body slumped over. "Kie wake up please." Sarah said as she shook her body. Sarah grabbed her phone and called 911. "911 what's your emergency?" The 911 operator said. "My friend I think she killed herself." Sarah said. "Ok is your friend bleeding anywhere?" The operator said. "Her wrists I tied two shirts around where the cuts were so the bleeding would stop. But but she isn't breathing I just found her at least five minutes ago." Sarah said. "Ok first I'm going to need you to tell me where you are and then you need to start CPR." The operator said. Sarah laid Kiara down on the floor and started doing chest compressions. "I'm at the Kildare academy in room 326 on the third floor." Sarah said as she was doing chest compressions. "Kie come on you have so much more to live for." Sarah said as she kept doing chest compressions. Sarah was doing chest compressions until the paramedics came and when they entered the room Sarah didn't want them to touch her. "You'll hurt her she's already hurting enough." Sarah said. "You want your friend to live let us do our job." The paramedic said. Sarah let them do their job and they brought Kiara back so Sarah rode in the ambulance with her. When they got to the hospital Sarah called Kiara's parents and told them what happened. Kiara was getting checked out when her parents came so Sarah had to tell them everything that happened while she was crying. "How could you let this happen Sarah you are her best friend you're suppose to be there for her." Mike said. "I've been there for her. I've sat with while she had panic attacks because she was scared to go home with a B on her report card. I've stayed with her, I convinced the principal to make her roommate so I could be there for her everyday. And the one day where I leave for ten minutes to go talk with my teacher about a project I'm not there for her. I'm there for her so much my own dad and stepmom have made a room for her in our house so she has some place to stay. And I'm sorry she doesn't talk to you as much or even texts you but that's because she's scared that's she a failure to the both of you." Sarah said. Mike and Anna were speechless so they just looked at the floor. "Sarah where is she? Is she ok?" Ward said as he ran over to Sarah. "No she's just resting because she lost a lot of blood and if she does die I won't get to tell her that I love her." Sarah said as she started to cry. "Sar she's not going to die she's going to be fine." Ward said as he hugged Sarah. "What if she gets brain damage and can't remember me that can happen when you lose a lot of blood right." Sarah said. "Sarah you're getting yourself worked up you need to breathe honey." Ward said. "I can't she's gonna die and it's all my fault because I wasn't there for her and I'm always there for her and now I'm not oh my best friend who I have a crush on is going to die and I'm not going to be there for her." Sarah said as she started to panic. "Hey I'm nurse Sam and I think we should take a little walk. Is that ok?" Nurse Sam said. "Yea go ahead". Ward said. Nurse Sam took Sarah on a walk and she stopped when she got to Kiara's room. "Why did we stop here the doctor said I wasn't aloud to see her until she talked with the psychiatrist." Sarah said. "She talked with the psychiatrist and she recommended that she stays with you and your family. Since you guys treat her well and make her feel whole." Nurse Sam said. Sarah looked at Kiara and saw her face light up. Kiara immediately got out of bed and hugged Sarah. "Kie you need to get back in bed." Sarah said as she hugged back. "I don't need to get back in bed I." Kiara said as she passed out. "Code blue" Nurse Sam yelled. Sarah laid Kiara down and then moved to the side when all the nurses and doctors came. "Kie" Sarah yelled. "Someone get here out of here." Nurse Sam yelled. "Come with me honey." Another nurse said. "What about Kie she needs me." Sarah said as she pushed the nurse away. "Kie needs help from the professionals right now you need to give them some space." The nurse said. "No I'm not leaving her I promised her parents I wouldn't leave her. I can't leave her." Sarah said. "We've got a pulse let's get her back in bed and I want her head ct results now." A doctor said. "Kid your friend is lucky to have someone like you but right now she needs a lot of rest." Nurse Sam said. "I understand that can I see her please." Sarah said. "Yes go ahead." Nurse Sam said. Sarah went into Kiara's room after the nurses put her in the bed. "Why didn't you tell me Kie I would've helped you." Sarah whispered. "And I read your letter I need you to get better so I we can go on a date and go to the beach. I know you want to I mean you love the beach and the sunset and I love you so I need you to get better mentally and physically." Sarah said as she started to breakdown. "Sarah honey why don't you go home for the night." Anna said as she entered the room. "No you said I can't leave her so I'm not leaving." Sarah said. "Sarah it's ok we'll see her tomorrow." Ward said. "I love you Kie." Sarah said as she held Kiara's hand. Sarah let go and then left with her dad. Before she left she gave Mike and Anna Kiara's goodbye letters. The ending of Kiara's notes read
Too much pressure is how I would I describe Kildare academy I'm sorry but this seems to be the only way out.
