𝐈 𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐒 my boyfriend pressed his lips to mine, hovering over me. I wrapped my legs around his torso as he suddenly pulled away from me.

I frowned, "What?"

He chuckled, "As much as I'd love to do this right now, I can't. I promised my dad I'd pick up my brothers and I've gotta get Dashas groceries as she's not allowed to drive."

"Why don't I come with you?" I suggested.

"Seriously?" He asked.

"Course." I grinned as I stood from my place on the bed and grabbed the car keys, "Let's go."

𝐈 𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐘 boyfriend through the Davis house as we immediately faced the twins smashing a football against a flower pot. I mentally cringed as it smashed to the floor into pieces.

Justin rolled his eyes, "Are you guys ever not breaking shit?"

Reid held his arms up in surrender, "Don't look at me. He's the guy who barks up into the lawn sculpture."

Drew scoffed in disbelief as he hit his brother's shoulder playfully, "Shut up, Reid."

The oldest boy rolled his eyes, "Hurry up if you guys want to get a ride to the body shop before school."

The twins nodded as they ventured out of the room and James entered, "I thank God every day that they weren't born triplets." He joked. I laughed along as he approached Justin, "Thanks for pitching in. Flying up to Bozeman today it's a check out some property so you're really doing Mandy and I a favour."

I grinned, "Happy to help."

The blonde woman then entered the room and she immediately brought me into a hug, "Hey, you two. Are you excited for Sectionals?"

"Yeah, pretty psyched." Justin grinned as I pulled away from the woman, "Maybe more than I ever have been actually."

"How are you feeling?" I asked as she was heavily pregnant.

She groaned, "She's got me feeling like a double wide these days. I can't believe we still have twelve weeks left."

"We actually have something for you," I spoke up as I motioned my boyfriend to hand her the gift back.

He smirked, "We figured she can't be a Davis without a pair of these."

The woman went to a bag to find a small pair of knitted skates. She gasped in surprise, "Justin, Mae, oh, my God. Damn you for making a fat lady cry. Now I've got to go fix my damn make-up before I go into the office. Thank you."

She pulled us both into a hug before sauntering out of the room, "Nice touch." James praised, earning a smile from his son.
