"You're worried, like a normal person. I mean, she could have died. She does scary stuff like that all the time." Wheezie ranted as she walked with Topper.
"And then, if you say something, it'll be like you're trying to tell her what to do, and you'll end up like Denny..." Wheezie added to her rant, causing Topper to jerk his head to look at her.
"Wsit, Denny? What are you talking about? What happened with Denny?" Topper asked with a scoff.
"She cheated on him. And the guy before that." Wheezie said as the two of them stopped. "You know what that means? You're next. You're the next sucker up. I mean, you should have seen her flirting with John B this morning..." Wheezie continued when Topper scoffed.
"John-- John B? The guy that works on the boat?"
"Mm-hmm..." Wheezie nodded, making Topper scoff again. "She caught him stealing stuff off the boat. Did she tell anybody? Nope. She was all, "John B, what are you doing here--"" Wheezie continued, mocking her sister, but she was interrupted.
"What's up, Top?"
The two of them turned to see Sarah walking over to them.
"Hey, Sneezie." She smiled at her little sister.
"That's not my name. Ow..." Wheezie sighed, wincing as Sarah playfully tugged on Wheezie's hair.
"No way." Sarah chuckled before turning her attention to her boyfriend. "Hey, been looking all over for you," Sarah smirked, kissing Topper, who looked annoyed, especially by the mention of John B.
"Ugh." Wheezie groaned in disgust, heading back to her house to see where Kai and Rafe were.
"It feels so nice." Kai smiled as she dipped her feet into the pool.
"We could go swimming. You have like a couple swimsuits here," Rafe said, sitting next to her.
"And risk getting a bad tan line with the wedding this close?" Kai asked with a scoff. "Yeah, no way... My mom would actually kill me." She chuckled a bit, reaching for his cup.
"Well, we don't have a pool at our new place yet." Rafe pouted a bit, watching Kai scrunch her face in disgust at the coffee.
"You didn't say you put tequila in this... How are you drinking that?" Kai scoffed, reaching for the cup back.
"Hey, you grabbed it out of my hands..." He chuckled, taking another drink of it.
"Because I thought it was coffee, baby..." She chuckled, shaking her head at him. "I don't see how you're drinking this early."
"Simple... I still live under my dad's roof. Right there's the answer." Rafe said with a chuckle.
"Not for long... And then, it's just us against the world." Kai smiled, moving to grab his free hand.
"Then, we finally get to live our own lives," Rafe said with a relieved sigh.
"Finally..." Kai chuckled, reaching for his cup again when Rafe smirked.
"Oh, going for seconds?" He chuckled, making her laugh at him.
"Shut up..." She chuckled at him, rolling her eyes.
