"Surprise!" Almost the entire Weasley family, along with Hermione, Neville Longbottom, Dean Thomas, and Seamus Finnigan, erupted with excitement as Harry and Renée stepped through the door into their home. Harry's eyes widened in astonishment as he took in the festive scene before him, barely able to catch his breath.

"Did you do this Ren?" she looked at Harry, shaking her head and then nodding at his godfather, indicating that she hadn't organized the surprise. Harry carefully set down the Tawny owl—Fawn and warmly greeted his friends. The house was full of chatter and Remus smiled when he saw his lover light up around it.

Soon, the younger Weasleys, along with Harry, Seamus, and Dean, all made their way outside to either participate in or watch a game of Quidditch. Meanwhile, two of the older Weasley siblings and the parents stayed inside with Renny, Neville headed out to the garden with Sirius, and Hermione retreated to the library with Remus. Renée basked in the wonderful atmosphere of the house, filled with nothing but joy and happiness.

"Are you going to join us for the World Cup, Ren?" Bill asked politely as he leisurely sipped his tea. Ren turned from the window, where she had been watching the children playing outside, to look at him. His long hair was carelessly tied back having his earring on display, a perfect match for his daring personality, and he was dressed in his characteristic unconventional style. Charlie leaned forward, resting his chin on his palm, completely engrossed in the conversation. He always was when it came to Quidditch.

"No, I'm not really into Quidditch. I only attended games and practices because of my brother. But I think Sirius is planning on attending. He mentioned buying a ticket the other day," Ren replied casually. Charlie seemed to have nearly choked on his tea, and Molly's hand came down rather firmly as she gave him a stern look, the kind of glare only a mother can give. Bill covered his smirk with his cup which left Renny a little out of the loop.

"You'll have to mind my brother he doesn't really understand how people can dislike the sport." Charlie sent him a glare.

"I don't not like it, I just don't really care for it. I'll hopefully see Harry play this year though. You know, as a person." Arthur who had been rather occupied by Debra then made a noise at Ren's comment. Which caused the whole room to turn to him. Only Molly and Charlie seemed to comprehend.

Hermione bounded into the open space her hair bouncing with every joyful step she took. "You have quite the library, Miss Potter!"

Remus ducked down to place a quick kiss against Ren's head and stole her cup of tea. "Thank you, darling." She just nodded and turned back to the girl.

"Please it's Renée, or Renny, or Ren. Or any version of that." she paused pulling at her fingers. "I'm glad you like it though. Feel free to borrow whatever." she quickly excused herself into the garden, Sirius had made quite an effort into the plants he's grown. Ranging from Muggle daisies to venomous tentacula.

She is greeted by Sirius next to Neville both had their hands clad in gloves. "Oh hello, Ren." The purple flower they hovered over was very recognizable for the Hufflepuff.

"Neville, Sirius. It's time to come in and wash up. Make sure you don't have any of that Monkshood on you before you enter the house." With that, she left them a small smile on her face.

"Happy birthday, dear Harry! Happy birthday to you!" the crowded room erupted into cheers as Harry blew out all of his fourteen candles.

Renée handed him the first piece leaning over to whisper, "I hope your wish comes true." she then continued passing out more pieces until everyone had one.

"Thank you for coming! Why don't you say goodbye to Neville and head to your room." Ren suggested as she waved her wand to clean up the dessert plates. The Weasleys (minus Ron), Hermione, Seamus, and Dean had all just left leaving Harry, Ron, and Neville to themselves. Harry and Ron did as she asked before they ran up the stairs. She turned to the last boy and used her wand to call something to her. It was a small album. Barely made for ten pictures. "I know it was your birthday yesterday Neville. How was it?"

"Gran and I had dinner and some dessert. But it was nothing like this," he mumbled unsure of where the conversation was heading.

She gently held out the album to him. "I didn't really know your mum for that long. We worked across from each other and would often get lunch. She's an inspiration and I know she's proud of you." the boy flipped through the few pictures his eyes clinging to his mother's face.

"So you know then? Where they are and what happened?" he stuttered, his voice and body shaking. Renée only nodded, not trusting her voice to reply.

"I want you to know, Neville. Your parents love you. And if you ever need anything please just ask." The Gryffindor nodded, still unsure. She let him flip through the pictures as she tidied up the dishes.

"I love you." Remus pressed his face into the crook of Renée's neck. She faced the mirror slowly brushing out her loose curls with her fingers. His hand landed softly on her hip pulling him to her.

"I love you too. But you know nothing's happening tonight?" She laughed pressing her hand on his. Pulling him closer. "Maybe tomorrow." He hummed against her skin causing goosebumps to appear all along her arms.

Ren turned to face him, her eyes sparkling with affection as she allowed him to tower over her. "You looked so unbelievably happy today," he stated softly, a tender smile gracing his lips as he tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear. A singular grey hair stuck out from the rest, and his smile widened even more at the sight.

The woman reached for the back of his head, gently guiding him to lean down until their foreheads touched. She whispered, her voice filled with warmth and longing, "Let's try for a baby."

"I thought you said not tonight," he replied, his voice matching her tender tone as his lips brushed against hers in a teasing caress.

"Not tonight, you dung-head," the Potter laughed, pressing a simple yet affectionate kiss to his lips. He reciprocated eagerly, as if he couldn't get enough of her, as if she had stolen his breath and he was determined to reclaim it.

After a moment of reflection, Remus responded honestly, his voice filled with a mixture of hope and tenderness, "How about we stop trying to not have one?"

"Okay."
