Elizabeth's POV

So much for not wanting me to 'cuddle' her.

I looked down to Divya's sleeping frame that was tangled and hugged onto my body.

If I had my phone within range I would take a picture just to frame it and give it to her. But I didn't wish to move for anything in the world because there was a great chance Divya would wake up if I did.

She will be so embarrassed when she wakes up it will be hilarious.

But everything good comes to an end—Divya began moving and her eyes fluttered open and back close a few times until she was fully able to open them completely.

"Good morning darling." I said once her brown fell upon me.

Divya frowned —clearly confused— until she realized the situation we were in and the smirk on my face only grew. "Seems like your anti-lesbian barrier didn't work." I commented with a chuckle.

She groaned and tried to back away from me but I held onto to her.

"Elizabeth let go." She glared at me.

"Why? You seemed rather comfortable so why move?" I hugged her against me—earning a slap in the stomach.

"Oh fuck you and your... gym abs." Divya muttered under her breath as she pushed me away... or tried to.

"Did you know I used to be a professional snowboarder?"

"And?" Divya raised a brow at me.

"I thought that would impress you." I shrugged. "Did it?"

"No, not really."

I frowned and let her go—but to my surprise Divya didn't move. Feeling some disappointment by her reply. "Why not?"

"You are filthy rich, is it really surprising you are also talented?" She spoke as if it was obvious.

"Actually yes, do you know how many rich kids only talent is using dad's money? Most of them are just a bunch of wankers." I huffed and looked at Divya when I heard her laugh.

"You are really upset because I didn't swoon and said I was impressed?"

"Oh you are pissed." Divya pouted and chuckled—she sat up on the bed and looked at me, her long —bed messy— curls cascading down her back. How could someone look so heavenly after waking up? "Maybe you should show me your skills and see if you can impress me then."

"Are we still talking about snowboarding?" I grinned.

Divya rolled her eyes and stood up from the bed. God if only she was leaving my bed under different circumstances. One can dream that it would ever happen—I won't hold my breath though.

"See you had to ruin the moment." She went towards the bathroom, she also didn't bother to close the door so I could see her brush her teeth and then brush her hair with the things she had brought from her own bathroom last night. I would watch her freshen up every morning if I could.

"Oh we were having a moment?"

"Yes one of friendship, you ruined it though." Divya came back into the room and stood in front of the bed. "Are you not going to get up?" She crossed her arms.

"What's the rush?" I stretched on the bed before sitting up.

"I want to eat breakfast and we should make your mom something too." Divya —once again— spoke as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

I frowned. "I don't cook."

"What?"

"I don't like cooking, so I don't cook. We can go out and buy breakfast though." I stood up from the bed and walked past her to the bathroom.
