Jungkook's POV:
I hear someone entering the passcode at the main door, and I instantly know who it is. So, she's finally back.
Her footsteps echo through the quiet house, followed by the soft click of the door closing. Not long after, the sound of running water reaches my ears as she steps into the shower.
Finally, I can go to sleep. Not that I care about her, of course. I’m just relieved she didn’t cause any trouble today.
After some time, the main door opens again. Someone is leaving. I glance at the clock—1:08 AM. It’s far too late for anyone to be out, especially her. Is she going out again? Planning to cause more trouble? This girl won’t let me breathe peacefully.
I storm onto the balcony, the cold night air doing nothing to cool the anger building inside me. Leaning over the railing, I peer down, straining to see what's happening below.
My eyes lock on her, standing close to a man I don’t recognize. My pulse quickens as I watch him lean in, brushing his face against her neck. This bastard! My grip on the railing tightens until my knuckles turn white.
A surge of frustration tightens my chest. My heart pounds fiercely, each beat echoing the intensity of my anger. They stand there, her body angled toward him, a soft, intimate connection between them. My jaw clenches so hard it aches, and I fight the urge to shout.
What I’m seeing is something I never could have imagined.
So, Uncle wasn’t entirely wrong about her. She really is ungrateful.
After Hearing Everything from Jimin—Eunjoo's POV:
"What? All this happened, and you're just telling me now?" My voice trembles with hurt. How could he have gone through all of this alone?
