O think this is what makes Barry so great and all. He wants to save everyone and refuses to kill. But so many villains and up in jail anyway. Even after Barry tries to talk to them and convince them otherwise. I like Barry talking to villains and convincing them to change their ways or at least try to. But I also think that he should just arrest other villains. In conclusion I miss when Barry would talk to main villains and villains who had a chance of being rehabilitated, not every single villain fits that category though. I also really like that no matter what, Barry won't kill, despite all the death he witnessed he never kills. True hero.
