There had been radio silence from Aankin for over two weeks. It was very unusual for them to go weeks without communication. And it was starting to annoy her. Every night she'd waited for him in her dreams like he had that night but he never came.
It was a lonely day. Yara hadn't gotten any assignments from her master. She sat alone in silence in her office dwelling on why she and Anakin hadn't had contact for so long.
Suddenly anger, confusion, and hate overcame her. Her body felt hot due to the strong emotions. Emotions that were not hers.
That's when she heard it. She turned around and was met with Anakin leaning against the wall. His chest rose rapidly and he covered his face with his hands. "Anakin?"
He didn't move. Yara moved to stand in front of him. She grabbed his elbows to gently move his hands from his face. Anakin's face was bright red with tear stains all across his face.
It shocked her. She'd seen Anakin in many ways but this was new. "Anakin what happened?" Yara questioned.
"They threw her away. She's gone because of them." Anakin leaned down to rest his forehead on her shoulder. As if he'd exhausted himself.
"Who is Anakin? Who's gone." She rested her one hand on the back of his neck and the other on his chest.
Anakin held her waist in his hands tightly. "Ashoka!" He sniffled a bit "They tried her for a crime and kicked her out of the order! But they were wrong. They tried to bring her back but she refused. She was my little sister, Yara. She was my family. And the order threw her out like she was a horrible criminal." His tears flowed harder with every sentence. His voice was raised as his anger took over.
Yara pulled Anakin tightly against her chest. Letting him cry into her neck while she held him. "I've lost her, Yara. I've failed her." Anakin cried quietly.
"No you haven't Anakin. Ahsoka loves you as you love her. Your family doesn't end just because she is not in the order anymore." Yara held him tight as she spoke.
Anakin nodded along. "I need you Yara." Anakin whispered. If he hadn't been laying so close to her ear she wouldn't have heard him. His words made her hold him tighter.
This was the closest they'd ever been. Their arms locked around each other. Anakin's head centimeters away from her. His hot tears wet her shirt. It was intimate in a way they had never been before. And like always it made them crave more.
They sat locked around each other until Anakin's emotional exhaustion caught up with him and he fell asleep.

Anakin sat in the cockpit of his cruiser alone. Staring out into the stars. With Ahoka gone and only being able to be surface level with Yara caused a great deal of pent up tension and anger.
The rest of the ship was asleep. That's why he didn't hesitate to reach out to Yara.
He searched the galaxy for her force signature. Urging her to visit him.
Yara was behind him. Watching as his back muscles rippled with each breath. A turned the chair around to meet her. A small smirk visible on his face.
"I've missed you yara." Anakin spoke. He wore only Dark linen pants. And no matter how many times she saw him like this it always did make her mind go a little blank.
"I've missed you too, Anakin." Yara wore similar pants and a matching top that looked more like a bra. Her body was toned and fit. With a large breast and a small toned waist. She was gorgeous.
Anakin used the force to pull Yara close to him. He spread his legs and settled Yara in between them with his arms wrapped around her waist and his chin resting on her stomach so he could look up to her.
Yara put her hands on his shoulders to stabilize herself after being caught off guard. Her heart fluttered at their position. She wasn't close to people like this very often. And how comfortable he seemed made her all flustered. She tried to tighten her posture and make herself seem unbothered like him.
"What are you doing Anakin.?" Yara asked. Letting her hand wander onto the back of his neck again.
"Ive had thoughts, Yara." Anakin spoke. Hinting at what he desired.
"That sounds rather dangerous, Skywalker." Her playfulness was something Anakin had missed. While her demeanor still seemed cold her humor spoke otherwise.
Anakin pinched her waist making her jump and gasp. "I have amazing thoughts Yara. Ask me what they are." Anakin pressed.
"What are your amazing thoughts Anakin?" Yara smiled slightly at him.
"Me and you." Anakin said. She gave him a look that urged him to explain. "I want you Yara. I want you in ways we are not supposed to." He hesitated before continuing. "I want to love you. I want to be your lover Yara."
His words took the breath out of her. She was shocked. "Anakin, I don't know how to do that. I have no experience."
Anakin was encouraged by her lack of just a flat out no. "We don't need to experience Yara, we just need each other. We can figure it out together."
Yara was still speechless. Of course she'd also been yearning to have Anakin in a way she didn't fully understand. But at the same time she never thought the day would come where her deepest desire would be made a reality.
"Anakin how would we. We've barely been in the same system for months. We've only truly seen each other what, three times. I-" Yara rambled. Letting him know all of her worries.
"We do our job. We bring peace like we are supposed to. I've already figured out how to do it." Anakin beamed up as he spoke. His usual cockiness shining through.
"And how do you figure we do that?" Yara questioned.
"I have to set my plan in motion first. I must speak with the Chancellor to finalize them." Anakin spoke. Very sure of herself.
"I don't like not knowing Anakin. If you have a plan that I am a part of I want to know every detail." Yara spoke with an authoritative voice. Letting Anakin know that she meant her every word.
"I understand Yara, just let me set everything in motion and I will fill you in. I just have to be sure this plan will work so I don't get our hopes up. One day- soon- I will hold you like this in person, in front of others."
Anakins hold tight end impossibly. Letting their bodys curve around each other. His hold was comforting and addicting, it made her never want to leave his arms. In her heart she hoped whatever extravagant plan he seemed to be cooking up behind the scenes would work. And work quickly.
