Three days had passed since Yn and Sunghoon's explosive confrontation. The tension between them was palpable, and Sunghoon had been avoiding the Kim household, unsure of how to face Yn.Meanwhile, Mrs. Kim was busy in the kitchen, whipping up a hearty breakfast for the family. Mr. Kim and Sunoo sat at the kitchen table, chatting quietly. Mrs. Kim called out to Sunoo, "Hey, sweetie, can you go upstairs and get your sister? Breakfast is almost ready!"
Sunoo nodded and headed upstairs to fetch Yn. Yn, still feeling under the weather with a lingering flu, slowly made her way downstairs with Sunoo's help. She looked pale and tired, but she didn't want to miss breakfast with her family.
As they sat down at the table, Mrs. Kim asked, "How's my girl feeling today?" Yn forced a weak smile, "I'm okay, Mom. I'm just a bit tired, and I miss Sunghoon."
The breakfast conversation was stilted, with everyone avoiding the elephant in the room – Sunghoon's absence. Yn's eyes kept drifting towards the empty chair where Sunghoon usually sat, her heart aching with a mix of emotions.

The dinner conversation had been strained, with Yn's absence from school and Sunghoon's mysterious disappearance hanging over the table like a dark cloud. As the evening drew to a close, Mrs. Kim began clearing the dishes while Mr. Kim and Sunoo settled in for some TV time.
Just as the family was winding down, the doorbell rang. Mrs. Kim wiped her hands on a towel and answered the door to find Mrs. Park, Sunghoon's mother, standing on the porch with a worried expression.
"Mrs. Kim, I'm so sorry to intrude, but I need to speak with Yn," Mrs. Park said, her voice laced with concern.
Mrs. Kim invited Mrs. Park in, and they sat down in the living room. Yn, sensing something was amiss, followed them, curiosity getting the better of her.
"Yn, sweetie, I'm begging you," Mrs. Park said, her eyes pleading. "Sunghoon is... he's not doing well. He's been holed up in his room for the last three days, refusing to eat or talk to anyone. I've tried everything, but he just won't budge."
Yn's heart skipped a beat as she processed Mrs. Park's words. She had assumed Sunghoon was avoiding her, but it seemed he was struggling with something deeper.
"What's wrong with him?" Yn asked, her voice softening.
Mrs. Park shook her head. "I don't know, but I think it has something to do with your fight. He's been beating himself up over it, and I don't know how to reach him. That's why I'm begging you, Yn – please, go to our house and talk to him. You're the only one who can get through to him right now."
Yn hesitated, unsure of what to do. A part of her still hurt from their last encounter, but another part of her was worried about Sunghoon's health.
Without hesitation, Yn nodded her head. "I'll go, Mrs. Park. I'll talk to him."
Mrs. Park's face lit up with relief, and she grasped Yn's hands in gratitude. "Thank you, Yn. Thank you so much. I'll take you to our house right now."
Yn stood up, and Mrs. Park led her out of the Kim's residence. As they walked to the Park's house, Yn couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. She was worried about Sunghoon, but she was also still hurt from their last encounter.
When they arrived at the Park's house, Mrs. Park led Yn to Sunghoon's room. The door was slightly ajar, and Yn could hear the faint sound of music coming from inside.
"Go on in, Yn," Mrs. Park said, her voice soft. "He's been waiting for you."
Yn took a deep breath and pushed the door open. The room was dimly lit, with only a small lamp casting a warm glow. Sunghoon was sitting on his bed, his back against the wall, pale and puffy red eyes just staring at the floor.
