BFDI All Over: Flower in Bloom

Flower gasped for air as the lid of the TLC continued to press against her. She was already thoroughly regretting trying to crawl through, since it led to her being stuck in this horrid situation with no way out. She was pulling up and away at the clamp with no success.

Thankfully, this changed when the lid suddenly opened, letting Flower fall back in and catch her breath. Whew, thank petal that was over.

"Ugggh, who's out this time?" She asked, looking up at the large hole in the top, only to see Blocky get lifted out by the Announcer.

"Nobody. We just need to record a sponsor segment."

"Sponsor segment?" Flower tilted her head in confusion.

"Blocky's Funny Doings International." Blocky reminded her. "I pay for this dumb BFDI thing, he lets me out to pull some funny pranks."

"Hey! That's not fair! Just because you've got a fancy business, you get to leave? I want out too, you know! What about my fashion line, huh?!"

"Eh, too bad." Blocky just brushed it off. "At least my business is successful."

Flower quickly tried to climb up after the two... only for the lid to fall right back down, crushing her body once again as she cried out in pain.

"Oh yeah, there's no elimination going on this episode, so you're gonna be stuck there until then." The Announcer added, adding insult to injury. "Not so fun when you're the one being crushed, hm?"

Flower wanted to shout more mean comments at the Speaker, maybe bring out an even bigger Announcer Crusher... but all she could do now was let out some pained sobs. She just wanted this to be over

"Did you know I've never been voted for to be eliminated?"

"Woah, no way! Same here!"

Pen and Pencil, right out of the puzzle room, finally had more time to chat, and they both noted how far they managed to get without any votes.

"There's only four people here who are like that. The only others are Bubble and Leafy."

Flower, overhearing this, mulled over her situation. From the two episodes she was up for elimination, she got exactly five votes, one vote more than what originally sent her to the TLC. She was still in, of course, and she had a win token to keep her safe, but that didn't make things any easier. She partially expected this at least. Even when you try to improve yourself, your always bound for people who just don't like you no matter what, and that definitely includes 'voters'.

"I've only been voted for once, by ArtOfLiving123, even though I shouldn't have been!" The Speaker joined in on the conversation, unannounced.

Wait, someone really voted the host? What were they hoping to accomplice with that? Man, these voters were...weird.

"Ah beeh vohed for twigh!" Woody added in.

"Twoice isn't bad. Only one vote an episode." Bubble said.

"Since there was no voting last time, there is no Cake at Stake, so we can get right to the contest. It's a relay race"

Flower tried to ignore the side eye Golf Ball was giving her from the other team. Just because they were separated wouldn't make this any easier to deal with, especially since the teams were balanced out again. On the upside to that, nobody would be complaining about the contest being 'unfair' right out the gate.
