"Okay, so that's two bets on Match and four bets on Flower getting the TLC."

Coiny counted up the bets from The Murderer Trout. He couldn't take bets from his own team, of course. They'd probably throw the votes to whoever they put money on. The other team was easy pickings though. It seemed he wasn't alone in thinking Pencil was safe...in a sense, at least. She'd probably not recover if she's the last one on the Cherries, but there was a good chance she'd get picked for the Grapes' team. She was, debatably, at least, the most put together of the three.

"Since when did you become a betting man?" Golf Ball asked, noting the huge sums of cash he managed to get from the other team.

"It's fun." Coiny stated simply, "Plus, it adds a bit of extra weight to who's staying in....even if I lost a lot of money back then."

"Well, how much do you have in bets now?"

"Seven-hundred and ninety-nine quadrillion dollars!"

Golf Ball blinked at that in disbelief, before her eyes narrowed, "And how much of that is in those stupid paper slips?"

Coiny hesitated at that, letting GB know all she needed to.

"Coiny, don't tell me you bought into that ! No sane person would take those phony paper slips as currency !"

"Says you" Coiny rolled his eyes, sifting through the sheets of printer paper, each lined with numbers decorated with trails of zeroes. They better be worth real money...he did buy like, three boxes after all.

Flower readied her breath as she made her way to the Cake at Stake area. The visions of the inside of that box kept flashing in her mind. So, this was it, huh? She came all this way, only for the sudden team split to be her undoing. Even if she makes it through here, who's to say she'd make it as a team of one? Would the Announcer even have any vote, from the viewers or winning team, if she lost again? She didn't know. All she knew, is now was the time to find out.

"Cherries, as you know, there are three of you, but only one can be safe. One of you will leave the team and join the Grapes, the other will be eliminated."

Announcer brought up the votes again. Thirty-seven this time. Flower noted something odd...Match still had a win token didn't she? From that cupcake challenge, if she remembered. Why didn't the Announcer ask about it?

"Pencil." The Announcer turned to face her, "This marks the first episode you have had votes against you. Nine to be specific."

"Aw, seriously?" Pencil complained, upset her 'vote-free' streak ended, "Well, don't I get cake now?"

"Not quite yet." Announcer said, turning to the other two, "Match and Flower, you got twelve, and sixteen votes respectively."

Flower sighed, knowing what was to come. Maybe she could try and appeal to GB and TB to stay? But that'd just be 3-2 on wanting her gone. She knew Pin wouldn't budge, Leafy would probably follow along and Coiny would...

"However, with Match's win token, Flower only has eight votes, making them safe."

Flower blinked at that. "Wait, what?'

"Huh?" Pencil looked over at her BFF, staring in confusion.

"Phew." Match sighed, happy that her trick worked.

"Wait, back up. Match's win token makes Flower the safe one?"

"Yep. Strange, isn't it?"
