It's the first day of school for a freshman university student, Ira and she is focus to make a difference and forget her sad elementary and dreadful high school experiences. This time, she is determined to find a friend like she has always wanted. But as soon as she entered the gates of Srinakharinwirot University, she felt a sense of nervousness while looking around. Almost all the students are dressed and posed in a way that makes you think they are models wearing branded clothes, Their hair is down as if they are shampoo endorsers, and the women's makeup is perfectly done.

She absentmindedly adjusted her black thick-rimmed glasses and glanced at herself. If only she had followed her mother's advice not to wear her favorite button-up shirt paired with high-waisted shorts and suspenders.

She reasoned that the attire during the first week is casual and that they will start wearing the standard university uniform soon, so what's wrong with her wearing her lucky outfit? God knows she needs it the most.

But she definitely regretted it when entering the classroom; almost all the gazes were on her, she could see how almost all her classmates were avoiding her, with a few even looking disgusted as they scanned her outfit from head to toe.

"H-hi classmates, I'm Ira!" She spoke to them in a lively but shaky voice. She kicked herself. She should have been more energetic to gain friends but Almost everyone stopped, and after a brief moment, they all burst into laughter directed at her.

"Oh my god, what a nerd."

"Ssh.. Amy Fowler.. where's your Sheldon Cooper?"

"Let me sit away from her, i might caught whatever disease she's having."

All of that is a jumble of sounds to her, and she can't stop the tears from welling up in her eyes. Is it a sin to dress in a way that makes her comfortable? She is not a bad person; she knows that there is almost nothing to criticize about her if these people would just make an effort to get to know her. She was the valedictorian who graduated from elementary and high school, and all she did was study to make her parents proud. However, in return, she faced ridicule from people with a shallow view of the world.
