Introducing Dusk

Dusk is 19 and she is the second born royal of the realm Neverlast, She has an older brother Elie who is 25 and will be taking the throne in just a few years. She has a twin brother Jack; she beat him in the race to be born by a full hour. She has a little sister Crystal who is 14 she's the golden daughter.

Dusk has rarely ever left her home realm though she does long to some day. Dusk has a plan for what she wants-hopes-to happen within the next few years.She wants to travel to the different realms maybe even to Dorzorix She wants to marry the man she loves and not the one that her parents chose for her. She actually has found someone she thinks she loves, and has been wanting to introduce her family to this guy Griffin for the longest time but there never seems to be a good time for them to meet.

Griffin and Dusk met a few years ago when Griffin was home from school during a holiday season, and Dusk had snuck out of the place to go to the market cause she loved seeing it at that time of the year. Dusk wasn't looking where she was going and walked right into Griffin. For Griffin it was love at first sight, Dusk was smitten when she first saw him and will never admit to more than that. Griffin and Dusk spent the rest of the day with each other before they had to part ways for the evening. Not long after meeting one another Griffin and Dusk began dating in secret. The main reason that the relationship has been kept secret is because Dusk parents are old fashioned and wouldn't see Griffin as someone who could ever be worthy of dating a member of the Neverlast royal family, because he is of poor upbringing-growing up fatherless and on a tiny farm.

With Dusk's 20th birthday being only a year away Dusk's parents are expecting her to at least find a suitable suitor by the end of the year so that by the time she is 21 she may be married with a baby on the way. Dusk's parents have set up some meetings with potential suitors, and Dusk is currently sneaking away to visit Griffin and his family. All was going well until a mysterious letter appeared in a shadowy glow of the icey flames of a FireFrost. When the flames disappeared Dusk picked up the letter and opened it when she saw that the letter was addressed to her.

Dear Princess Dusk of Neverlast

You have been called to be a part of a team that very well may one day help to bring a change to the Realms and to the lives of those who live in it. I can not tell you who I am, nor can I tell you of the mission this team will be tasked with completing. But what I can tell you is that you are chosen by the fates to be on this team, and the fate of all the Realms could very well depend on this team. I understand that you might not wish to come but if you do in this letter there is a map that leads to a door. Please go to this door in three days' time; there will be someone waiting for you. Also in this letter there is another letter one that you may give to your family to explain why you would be away. It is a letter of acceptance to a prestigious magic school that few are ever accepted into.

Dusk could hardly believe what she was reading, and she started racing to Griffin's family home eager to talk to her best friend about this letter she just received. After talking it over with Griffin Dusk decided that she would need to go join this team. However before she could do that she would need to talk to her parents, and they weren't going to be in the best of moods since she had ditched the meetings with potential suitors. Though since it was pretty late and already dark out Griffin's mother insisted that Dusk stay the night because 'the forest at dark is no place for a young lady as yourself'.

In the morning just as the sun was beginning to rise Griffin walked Dusk back to the palace, and Dusk made her way to her room to wait for it to be time for breakfast. Dusk's parents weren't all too happy about their eldest daughter's disappearing act that she pulled the day before. They were enraged to hear her deciding that that moment was appropriate to ask for something especially for something that goes against their plan for her. It took a lot of convincing before they finally agreed to let her leave but with the help of her brothers she was able to convince them.
