Rani's POV
We are currently in Principal Rafiki's car. I look over to Kion, who looks extremely confused. I want to say something encouraging but I can't think of anything. I can only stare at him. Kion looks at me too, and our eyes are locked into each others. I smile slightly and hold his hand. He smiles back.
Rafiki: I'm sure you have a lot of questions, Prince Kion. I will explain it all, in my base.
Kion: You have a secret base?
Rafiki: I do. Your grandfather is waiting for us.
Kion: Wait, my grandfather knows about this?
Rafiki: Yes
Kion: Why...
Rafiki: All your questions will be answered in the base.
Kion frowns. I chuckle.

Kion's POV
We step into Principal Rafiki's secret base. It’s really cool. Robots were typing on keyboards and there are holographic screens too. There is a big couch in the centre, where I see my grandfather sitting.
Mufasa: Hello, Kion and Princess Rani
Kion: Okay, you said you would answer any question I had.
Rafiki nods and Rani sits next to Grandad Mufasa.
Kion: So I have a few thousand questions, staring with Why did Scar say I was one of the most important people in the world, and ending with how does my Principal know about all of this?
Rafiki: To answer your question, I'll have to tell you a story.
I sit next Rani. Rafiki sits on one of the hover chairs .
Rafiki: Long, long ago, when magic was used in all the lands, there were two powerful kingdoms who held great power. The first was called Pridelands and the second, Lifeland. These two kingdoms were at war, and nothing seemed to stop them. After decades, they decided to create an alliance.
They brought it before the great Kings of the past. To make sure that Pridelands and Lifeland would use their powers for good and not for selfishness, the Great Kings Of The Past gathered all de power from the people of de Pridelands and put it into a member of de royal family. They did same with Lifeland.
They named de bearer of All the power of Pridelands as de Keeper Of Rardox and they named de holder of the power of Lifeland as de Keeper Of Chosmer.
However decades later, they forgot about their alliance and waged war once again, causing the power of the Rardox and Chosmer to be lost. It returned during the early 1900's, and Askari became de first Keeper Of Rardox after it was lost, and Shani became de first keeper of Chosmer.
No one's POV
After Rafiki finished his story, Kion was in amazement. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.
Mufasa: So that means that you and Rani will have to work together along with your friends to defeat Thayer and Scar.
Kion: How are we dragging my friends into this?
Mufasa: As Scar has obtained the power of the Moniam rock and Thayer has many weapons and gadgets, you two would need allies. As a keeper, you will be able to give a special ability to your allies.
Kion: But how do I use my powers? Where do I even start?
Rafiki: Don't worry, we're here to help you.

It had been a week since Kion and Rani had began training with Rafiki and his grandfather. He walks through the hallways with Rani. Then he meets up with Fuli, Beshte, Ono, Bunga and Anga.
Kion: Hey guys
Bunga: Hi Kion
Fuli: So what's up, is something wrong?
Kion: What do you mean?
Bunga: Dude, you and Rani have been making excuses about why you can't hang out with us for the past week.
Ono: Yeah, did we offend you?
Kion: No, we've been busy with some stuff.
Bunga: Excuse number 8.
Kion: Listen... I... we've... there’s just a lot going on.
Beshte: Hey, whatever is going on, you can tell us, we're your friends.
They give Kion a reassuring smile.
Kion: Okay, at sunset, meet me in the woods. We have a lot to discuss.
Kion's request left them bewildered. They continued about their day, questions racing through their minds.
Fuli's POV
I enter the house and I can see my mum's boyfriend and mum sitting on the couch.
Fuli: Hey mum
Safiya: Hello Fuli, how was school?
Fuli: Great
Amir: That's good to know
I smile at him and he smiles back. I go to my room and quickly shut the door. I change into a yellow dress with black pants. I wear black boots. I wonder why Kion wants us to meet him in the woods.
I leave the house and head to the woods. There I meet with the others.
Rani's POV
After everyone was present, Kion leads us to a large waterfall.
Kion: Come on
Fuli: Why didn't you tell us we were going for a splash?
Fuli is visibly annoyed, because she hates water.
Kion: You won't get wet, I promise.
Fuli reluctantly follows us as we hop from rock to rock to get to waterfall. No sooner had we come face to face with the waterfall, it parted into two, leaving everyone astonished (except me and Kion, because we've been here like 7 times). After we made our way the parted waterfall, it returned to its normal state.
There was a Cave beyond the waterfall and at the end was a door.
When we made our way there, our faces were scanned before the door was opened, leading to Rafiki's base.
No one's POV
As the group stepped inside the lair, their mouth opened in awe (except Kion and Rani). They were amazed by the futuristic base.
Bunga: Woah this base is awesome.
Kion: That's not all. We're going to have to save the world from Scar.
They all turned to look at him in confusion.
