"I still feel like you should get something smaller than that." Ivory points out with obvious discomfort on her pretty little face. I was showing her a list of tattoos that I might want for my appointment tomorrow but she being a picky bitch.
I sighed and scrolled down to my next option. It's of a sword blade with a snake wrapped around it and a few butterflies adorning the black spaces. It's tatted on a women's leg cover her whole front.
I looked at Ivory expectantly and she wrinkled her nose. "Definitely not. Do you know how painful color is?"
"Can you stop that and just tell me if it's cute or not? I need to find a picture now before I show up with no inspiration." I groaned. "Do you like it?"
She shrugs and tucks a strand of her dark hair behind her ears. Her grey eyes looks at me with concern. "Are you sure this is what you want to do? This is like bigger than what you normally get."
She's right. All of my other tattoos are small and scattered all over my body. Which is why I think it's time to get something huge and noticeable. I'm tired of my hidden tats and I want something to pop or show whenever I'm wearing something revealing.
"Yes I'm sure. It's time to change up my resume don't you think? Besides, I might not get one on my thigh I'm thinking more like my back or rib."
Ivory hissed through her teeth. "Jesus that's more painful than the thigh."
"I'm not worried about that. I'll buy some numbing cream beforehand." I shoved my phone in her face. "Now back to the pictures. You like?"
"Yes it's cute. I guess." She mumbles the last part and I laughed at her.
"You guess? Don't be a hater now Ivy." I shook my head. I saved the image and put it under as my favorite so that I'll be able to go back to it to show my artist tomorrow.
