AnaVillanueva: Sundaze 🧡

Ana's POV

It's Sunday morning, and Lando's staying with me until Tuesday. He'll be flying out to Hungary with Carlos earlier than necessary, simply because they're sharing a private jet. Naturally, he's not passing that up.

We're having breakfast together, sunlight streaming through the windows. Lando's tearing through his food like it's the last meal he'll ever have. He's done his morning workout after all.

"So, Tuesday morning then?" I ask, sipping my coffee.

"Yeah," he says, grinning between bites. "Carlos likes to get there early. Says it helps him focus. I think he just likes feeling important."

I laugh. "And you're just along for the ride?"

"Pretty much," he smirks. "Can't say no to a free jet ride."

"Well, before all that, don't forget we're going to Mia's today. She's got her blind date tonight, and I promised I'd help her with her outfit."

Lando chuckles, leaning back in his chair. "Ah, the big day. Does she have any idea it's Carlos?"

I grin. "Not a clue. Neither does he."

Lando shakes his head, smiling. "You're sneaky. This is going to be fun."

Later, we head over to Mia's apartment. I'm excited to introduce her to Lando—it feels like a big deal. Mia's my closest friend, and she's known me forever, but this is the first time she's meeting Lando in person. I hope they hit it off.

Mia opens the door, greeting me with a mischievous grin. But her expression shifts to surprise when she sees Lando standing behind me.

"Well, well, well," she says, crossing her arms. "Ana, you've been holding out on me."

I laugh, feeling a little embarrassed. "Mia, this is Lando. Lando, this is Mia—my longest-standing friend and probably the only person who can get away with teasing me endlessly."

Mia extends her hand, smiling. "Nice to finally meet you, Lando. I've heard a lot."

Lando shakes her hand, grinning. "All good, I hope."

Mia winks. "Mostly."

Lando chuckles. "Ana's the private type, huh?"

Mia rolls her eyes. "You have no idea. And now she's with someone everyone in the world seems to recognize."

I shoot Mia a look, but Lando just laughs. "Yeah, I'm still getting used to it myself."

Once inside, Mia leads us to her living room, which is covered with clothes. Dresses, shoes, accessories—it's like a fashion explosion.

"Alright, crisis mode," Mia announces, waving her hands over the mess. "I have no idea what to wear for tonight, Ana. I need help."

I grin, immediately diving into the pile. "Okay, let's see what we've got."
